I saw a property I liked and decided to sell my house on a whim. I needed to sell quickly to secure the new house I wanted so I did absolutely the right thing when I called Steve at Evolve. Steve came to value my house at 7:30 on the same day and had my house on the market within a couple of days including arranging the very professional photos. Steve gave great advice on a reasonable asking price to get a quick sale and as a result I had 2 asking price offers within 48 hours of going to market. Throughout the whole buying and selling process the team at Evolve were available at all hours to answer my questions and provide any advice I needed. I can't recommend Evolve highly enough.

Sold through Evolve Estate Agents and I couldn't be more impressed. Very friendly and personal group who couldn't do enough for you. Made selling my house so easy. Communicated and gave me all the information needed and followed up every viewing. They sorted everything and the solicitors they are linked with are very on the ball too. I mainly communicated with Craig, who even on Easter Sunday took the time to phone me about a viewing. I'm just really sad that we didn't buy through them. Huge Thankyou to you all!

Originally only looked to view properties that Evolve were advertising, where we were met with friendly staff who knew their stuff! Craig shows so much enthusiasm when carrying out viewings, it's great to see. When my property stopped receiving regular viewings with another agent, I decided to market with Evolve. They were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly throughout. They kept me updated at all times and I felt comfortable asking them for advice. The fact they are the most contactable agents in my opinion puts them ahead of all others. Thank you for your help with the sale of my property!

Firstly, a massive thank you for the huge amount of work you've put into selling my house. Secondly, I can and do wholeheartedly recommend your services for many reasons from the friendly, honest, can-do approach to the detailed, genuine feedback after viewings. Not to mention the opening hours attracting more viewings or the willingness to go between the solicitors and buyers which made my life so much easier!! You even dealt with a last minute drama for me which could've resulted in a long delay! Finally, on top of the fantastic service provided by evolve, they're also the cheapest in town!! A green and blue package of happiness for me today (especially after the house was on the market for almost a year with another agent!). It was a spur of the moment decision to sell up - but Steve came round and suggested a good price which we achieved. The team are all friendly, their photographer did a great job and I had alot of interest. The house sold within days. Shame that the buyers solicitors did not move with the same alacrity! But all in all a good experience. I particularly like that the guys are always available on the phone and are happy to help.

If you want a 'difficult' property sold quickly, then I can't recommend Evolve enough! From Ben's patience, persistence and guidance to get the property on the market, through to the professional handling of the actual selling process carried out by Steve and Mark, they handled selling my property through to completion in little over 4 months. There's a good reason they have more sold boards in Yeovil than any other estate agent, they do a good job, minimum of fuss, quickly and efficiently.
