We were asked to quote them for some windows in the NG2 area of Nottingham, we agreed a price, I informed them that we needed a contract signing and a deposit paying, I was asked to send the paperwork to a totally different email address, it was a maintenance companies email, we then received a call from a finance company asking if they could buy the windows directly from our suppliers, this immediately rang alarm bells, so I informed them that we would no longer carry on with the work, we then received a 1-star review on here, awful to deal with, phone calls to my mobile at 9pm, constantly messaging on whattsapp, I genuinely believe that we have had a lucky escape.

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration with the service I received from Connells during my recent remortgage process. This was my first ever remortgage, and from the very first call I made it clear to the advisor that I had no prior experience and needed clear guidance, step by step. He assured me he would explain everything properly but unfortunately, that never happened.

Had a survey conducted from James Edmundson. I mean, what can I say... he was quick, efficient and friendly. It was immaculately clear that he knows his trade and knows full well what hes doing. Knows the area impeccably and promised a quick turnaround on delivery. Connells... youve got a keeper.

GoogleGabriel was very helpful and informative right from the start. From showing us around the property that we made an offer on to evaluating our property. In two weeks, we have sold our property, subject to contract, and have brought, subject to contract, the property he showed us. Also, Shannon, the mortgage advisor, and James, the manager, alongside the rest of the team, are friendly and always willing to help.

Very poor experience with Connells. I was quoted a clear fee to find new tenants which was supposed to include references, Right to Rent checks and the tenancy agreement. Instead, I received a statement with lots of extra and duplicated charges.

GoogleConnells Yeovil we’re amazing from start to finish. This was our first time buying a house and had absolutely no clue on what to do. All the staff were very polite and helpful but a special thanks to James who was amazing all the way through. I didn’t hesitate to ask any question even if I thought It was stupid asking it because James was a very easy bloke to get on with and talk too. GoogleAmazing, friendly staff, going above and beyond. James was really helpful throughout the whole journey. He is truly a star and a great advantage to Connells at Yeovil. Mahaela helped us with our mortgage to start with and she was also super friendly and helpful at all times. When James had couple of days off, Mark took over immediately and was chasing solicitors for us and contacting us on behalf of Connells. Everybody we talked to (some of them I can't remember names of unfortunately) was very cooperative and tried to help us in any way possible. If somebody was not available to talk to, we would always receive a call back within couple of hours! Great team at Yeovil, massive thank you to everyone involved in helping us getting our first house! Best customer service I have experienced in a long time! GoogleWe've been looking for our first house for 2 and a half years, and poor Connells have had to deal with countless annoying phone calls from us regarding properties, for that entire time! Yesterday our offer was accepted! They have been the most supportive team from the beginning and i don't know what we would have done without them. Connells is a terrible agency that only cares about you until the contract is signed. After being exemplary tenants for over 2 years, we have received zero support or flexibility. Despite the standard practice in the UK, they refused any 'rolling contract' options, forcing us into rigid fixed terms.

From the start my experience has been terrible with 32 weeks contract High Fee's do not enter or commit yourself into any long contract.you then have to lower the price they don't lower the fee.you are still left after this period with no sale.

GoogleBought our house and used Mahaela for our mortgage advisor at Connells yeovil. They were so helpful, informative and easy to speak to. Always got a response and they worked hard to help us. Would recommend them to anyone. Had issues with the solitors Connells recommended so would use our own next time. But would look to buy from Connells again.
