GooglePretty poor all round. Took the time to register my details with them and explain my requirements. I am an investor so im always in a good position as a buyer. However, they never inform me of new properties coming on to the market. Also, I arranged a viewing on a property and the agent never turned up!! As an investor, I visit most of the agents in Yeovil but have to say, I wouldn't recommend Connelly's on my experience with them.

Like all estate agents, they are vague and not capable of providing buyers with the required information. Basically estate agents book in a handful of viewings, act as a path through to portals like Rightmove and that’s it. The house sells itself, not the agent. They just collect commission for hardly any work.

Very disappointing experience with Connells. The staff were unprofessional and completely unhelpful whenever problems came up. Instead of trying to resolve issues, they avoided contact and ignored messages for weeks. I had to fight for over 10 weeks just to get my deposit back, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Communication was terrible throughout the whole process. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I recently had a valuation carried out by Steve Mather, from previous experience I wasent full of confidence with Connells however Steve did a superb job , he hit the nail on the head with the valuation and the rent figures and it was exactly what was put forward, I wish more surveyors where like Steve. I hope he gets this feedback and I hope I get him again on future projects. 10/10

This is the worse most unprofessional low class company I’ve had the misfortune to deal with in 50 years. They will do absolutely anything to wriggle and negate any responsibility when things go wrong, which they will I assure you.. do yourself a favour and steer well clear . They don’t deserve one star, the higher up the chain you go the more incompetent it gets. Awful, terrible service. I spoke to the police about the incident and the Seargent said “ oh they’re terrible , we’ve had problems.”

GoogleWe cannot thank Connells enough, especially Cheryl and Loi. We were in quite a rush to get into a new property and Cheryl went above and beyond to ensure we had the keys by the end of the week, we applied for the property on Monday and were moving in by friday. Cheryl and Loi were both very helpful and made the whole process stress free. Always available on the phone and even after moving in were more than happy to help with any concerns we we had.

GoogleI had to write to say a big thank you to James Jordan of Connells in Yeovil for getting a very stressful sale across the line. It was a drawn out transaction of the sale of an investment property with an overseas buyer but James was so on the ball daily. I deal with lots of agents as an investor and I can say he’s very hard working , diligent and at all times professional even when I was ringing him so many times! It wasn’t an expensive property but I have no doubt it didn’t matter to Janes, he just wanted to provide a 5* service and he achieved that goal. Highly recommend

GoogleI am using Connells for the sale of my property. From the initial meeting and going on the market through to the stage we are at at the moment the whole process has been smooth. There is always somebody at the end of the phone to answer any questions, when visiting the branch all the staff are helpful, friendly and polite. Martyn assisted us with our mortgage and gave the best advice whilst explaining and clarifying anything we were unsure about. I would 100% recommend Connells in Yeovil they are friendly, helpful, efficient, everything you need in what could be a stressful situation. Thank you for all your help :)

GoogleThe estate agents were great, always very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. James was the one who helped me find my flat. He was really good, always answered his emails promptly and was very patient. Do not however use their solicitors, they were terrible, very slow and rude, not helpful at all. Also, more expensive than they originally quoted, and more expensive than local solicitors.

Poor they do not contact you. I wouldn't recommend them. I have asked 5 times what date doe's my contract end still no reply. The staff can be rude when you call for information. Do not sign the content. Please do not ues.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Connells Yeovil and would highly recommend them as a company. I love the fact that James was our point of contact who works alongside Martyn White and found him to be extremely helpful and informative.He has been available to speak to even out of office hours able to contact him direct to arrange a second and even a third viewing without any hassle and with an almost immediate response , which takes much of the frustrations out of trying to reach people. Thank you for finally getting the keys from our dream home !

They have been holding my deposit since March with no reason at all. We spoke to the landlord personally and agreed an amount which we sent an email detailing and still they don’t want to process our deposit. The one star is for Naomi and Ben from the hitchin office everybody else is useless

I went to get a mortgage in principle. After discussing and giving all my intimation, I didn’t hear anything from the company. I kept sending emails, and phone calls to the office multiple times. Every time I was told that someone would get back to me but nobody never got back. Incredible how such a company can even exist with such employees.
