Connells Yeovil provided an excellent service, from my first appointment with Mark (branch manager) right through until the sale went through. I was particularly impressed with how they accommodated my needs, the high quality of the marketing, the accurate identification of suitable buyers, and their advice and support during price negotiations. They were extremely proactive as the sale neared it's conclusion providing regular updates as they pushed to get it 'over the line'. A lovely friendly and knowledgeable team who couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely use them again, although not planning a move for a long time!

I’ve had a very reliable experience with the lettings department. My contact, Cheryl, was extremely friendly, approachable and professional. Everything from the referencing, tenancy agreement and inventory updates were done thoroughly and on time, despite such a small timescale to turn things around. Connells are a busy agency so I didn’t get lots of updates on progress but I could always trust that they were using their time to get things done for me. So thank you Connells, I love my flat and feel safe in my agreement with the landlord. I can’t ask for more!

The biggest rip off merchants out there. Paid over £400 in fees. The staff are useless, they kept blaming us for not doing our credit check (£100 fee which only costs £10), turns out candy did not send us the email after saying that she did. It amazes me how these snake oil salesmans are still in business. Pathetic! Oh yeah and the property we moved was terrible stay away from them , go with them at your own peril.

We found the experience with Connells Yeovil to be excellent. All the staff were very helpful and most importantly prior to us signing up with them, not pushy at all for our business which in itself was a great relief for us. We had a particularly odd set of circumstances which may have led to us selling the house privately but this did not detract from the help and assistance we had from the staff knowing that this was a possibility. Fortunately for us when our private contact fell through Connells were there to pick up the pieces and within hours had people looking at the property. To our amazement, by the second viewing Connells had sold the property and at this point we had wished we didn’t try to sell privately which is a great testament to the type of buyer Connells were sending to see the cottage we had for sale. We also had a tricky tenant in the property at the time which caused us problems in evicting them so we could sell, Connells again were very supportive, updating the buyer and us at every stage so that the sale was successful for all parties even after a prolonged period. We have now completed, the sale has gone through and all parties have had a great experience. We would DEFINITELY use Connells again should we buy, sell or rent in the future Thank you to all the team in Yeovil.

Not very impressed with their customer service. Now day 3 waiting a response detailing service charge on leasehold flat for sale. Surely this should have been on sale details at the outset. This is the second time we have been unimpressed, the first being cancelling a viewing and awaiting a new appointment. Never heard from them again. I've been trying to contact with them whole day 5 calls and three times they ask me for my details and promised to give me a call back with in hour, 2 times they didn't even answer the phone.
