Avoid Avoid Avoid at all cost! Put our property up for sale, loads of promises what they were going to do, how many people they had waiting to view our property. Talked into a sole agency, got all signed up then NOTHING not one view in months. Tried to talk to them to progress things and just received arrogant responses. No Not Use!

Terrible letting agency, would never recommend them. Staff are not helpful at all and don't seem to care. Spent 1 year as a tenant with them and it was more than enough. Never replied back to emails or call me back. Don't pursue to sort issues out. We was chasing constantly, we ended up waiting around for viewings that never happened. Was even asked on one occasion to show a tenant round as they had double booked then didn't show anyway! Even if its the home of your dreams I would avoid at all costs.

FacebookWe were very impressed with Simon Masters and Laura Beard's excellent mortgage advice - they showed great resilience and drive to enable our transaction to reach exchange. They always made themselves available to help us and provided excellent levels of customer service throughout.

Whittlesea branch I think. Unprofessionalism from the rental dept from exactly the day after I signed the contract, as landlord I can't believe these people are employed. Incompetent, unprofessional, lazy, most definitely need to learn the difference between advice and threatening behaviour on their part.

GoogleAbsolutely awful!! I'd give them zero if I could!! Arranged to view a property but was told I couldn't view it until we spoke to their in house mortgage broker. We had a mortgage all sorted as well as our solicitor, so we were not interested and told them repeatedly. They would not book in a viewing until we agreed (which we did but did not actually go through with meeting their broker) We liked the property and put an offer in. We were told that because we didn't use their in house broker, that the vendor would favour any offers from buyers that had use their in house services - not only is this black mail, but also illegal as all offers have to be put forward to the vendor. Sharman delayed putting our offer forward to the vendor. I can only think they did this to be awkward. They were terrible at replying to any questions/phone calls/emails. When they did they were rude and unhelpful. Ultimalty the house we wanted, accepted our offer, only for a structural engineer to point out the house had subsidence and so was unfit for a mortgage. Sharman quinney told us that our (independant) engineer was wrong, and that their own engineer would of passed it.....which is a little worrying. I see the house has since been sold again, and I do wonder if the buyers have been bullied to use all in house options to make the purchase 'smooth' even though our lenders (Halifax) wouldn't touch it. Wouldn't ever use this company to buy or sell! Be warned!!

GoogleUsed once before. Appalling service. Promise the earth and fail to deliver on all occasions. They over priced my property 3 years ago which meant I had to take a massive drop for the "actual" selling price. Luckily decided not to move. Fast forwards 3 years and Im on the market with a different estate agent. One I trust, one with a better reputation and so far an awesome service. But tonight a knock at my door from Sharman Quinney wanting my business! Told them to go away, desperately trying not to be rude, but sometimes you just have to be. If they weren't cowboys and bullyboy sales people and had a better reputation and upheld their promises I'd have gone back. Dont touch them, but dont be put off with other brands under the Sequence umbrella. Just dont touch these! Tonights tactic was below par and the wrong way to do business.

GoogleWORST estate agents I have ever known. Experienced countless issues with them: 1 - When I first decided to sell I had them value my house. The staff member was not overly helpful when she came to view, didn't seem knowledgeable at all. Then when we received the valuation via post it was different to what she had told us in person. 2 - We wanted a viewing booked for a house we were interested in. We asked but were not given a time slot. At 5pm the next evening they called and asked where we were? We said er nobody confirmed our viewing.. they said can you be here in 15 minutes. Well luckily enough we lived close by so were able to, but honestly?! The communication is just shockingly terrible. 3 - We were interested in a property and before viewing decided to put in a provisional offer. The "manager" did not respond to our emails or voicemails about it so we did not go ahead with the offer. Overall my experience with this estate agent was truly awful. They CONSTANTLY hound you with telephone calls about properties that don't even match what you are looking for! The staff clearly don't communicate with each other either as multiple staff members contact you at various points about the same property! I would NOT recommend using this agent to sell your property - their staff come across as very inexperienced and I would not trust them to sell my property.

GoogleAwful experience, didn't even turn up with measuring equipment! just been given a massive bill for taking our house off the market after 5 months of them not being able to sell our house. If you sign up with this company they will charge you.

Terrible, terrible agent and services. The branch manager asked me to pay twice a re-let cost, without checking if I had paid already. I strongly believe they never mentioned any of my issues and proposals regarding my tenancy to the landlord. Even he admitted he had no idea. Never again with them. You think I'm wrong? Challenge me. I've got all the emails to prove what I'm saying.

GoogleI am absolutely in disbelief with the conduct of the manager and staff. Four months I have had my house on the market and no calls , no viewings and no communication. DO NOT USE !!!

They won't let you view a property unless you 'go in and give us your details' - they point blank refused to allow me to see a property because I wouldn't go in to give my personal information away because of so called 'due diligence' for the seller. I haven't even seen the property yet!!!! How diligent is refusing a viewing for a seller!? Time wasters.
