GoogleI've been looking for a property in this area online for awhile, finally found something i liked and spoke to Jade. She was incredibly helpful and I wish I picked up the phone sooner! - a shame the property was already sold

GoogleHaving recently used Hudson Homes I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Over the years I have bought and sold many properties in turn dealing with many different estate agents and getting the right agent is vital. Hudson homes provide a refreshing professional service. We needed to sell our home quickly to secure another property and this was achieved in under two weeks. The house was marketed with excellent photos and the attention to detail written about my home played a big part in selling it so fast. We have known Lewis a number of years and he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. Jade dealt with all the admin of selling of our home, I can honestly say I have never had an agent that is so on top of everything I didn’t have to chase her once, which made the process stress free. Competitively priced, with a smart modern approach to selling homes. Big thank you to Hudson homes.

GoogleLast week I viewed a house in whittlesey with my daughter. After chatting to the vendor she contacted Hudson homes to put an offer in . She was told that the offer wouldn't be passed on as they considered it to be too low. This is not their decision to make ,surely all offers should be passed on to the vendor for consideration. The vendor said he may be willing to accept a lower offer as my daughter was a first time buyer and not in a chain .

GoogleWe recently bought a home with Hudson homes. There’s not a thing to fault. We dealt mainly with Adam, who is an absolute star. There wasn’t a question too daft or a request that was too much, he went above and beyond, going so far as to work over bank holidays and his own time off. Communication was constant and we were never left in the dark. I apologise for not remembering the other members of the team we had the pleasure of meeting but it’s safe to say we received the same warm welcome as we did with Adam. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to work with Hudson Homes again and certainly hope the opportunity comes up again in the future. Many thanks for making buying a home stress free and painless.
