GoogleSelling my late grandfather’s property was an incredibly upsetting and difficult time for our family and after trying two other estate agents without success we were feeling frustrated and disheartened. The property had been sitting on the market for a long time with little progress. That completely changed when Hudson Homes took over the listing.
As soon as they took over, there was a huge difference in how the property was marketed and managed. We finally started to see real interest, which led to offers and ultimately a successful sale. After months of frustration with other agents, Hudson Homes achieved what the others hadn’t.
What stood out most was how proactive, responsive and supportive the team were throughout. They kept us informed, handled things professionally and genuinely seemed invested in getting the right outcome for us, which meant a great deal during such a difficult time. GoogleWe were in the process of purchasing a property through Hudson Agency, and although the purchase unfortunately fell through due to circumstances outside of their control, I still felt they absolutely deserve a great review.
Sam, in particular, has been excellent throughout. He is incredibly switched on, proactive, and genuinely committed to his clients. His communication skills are outstanding, he made sure we were kept fully informed at every stage, always taking the time to explain things clearly and respond quickly to any questions we had.
What really stood out was his dedication. Sam regularly went above and beyond, even contacting us outside of normal working hours to keep things moving and ensure we had the latest updates. That level of professionalism and care is rare and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to manage.
Although our purchase did not complete, we would not hesitate to work with Sam again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in helping his clients.
