I am sorry you found me dismissive. I had a client in the office and you came to the office without an appointment. Under the current guidelines we're only allowed to permit entry to people with an appointment. As I explained, we do not yet have the keys for the property you'd like to view and will contact you early next week to arrange a viewing once we have them.
