The best service we could have wished for!! Warners go above and beyond. From the moment we first viewed our home with George we were so impressed with his professionalism and service. Having had quite the journey with selling our previous home and finding our next one we have experienced 'service' from many other local agents. George and the team at Warners really are a cut above the rest and we will be recommending you to everyone we know. From start to finish Warners have been excellent, always reachable via telephone or email and super quick in getting information or chasing relevant parties during the purchase process. We recently sold in Wymondham through Warners and found them to be knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Dominic got us on the market within days and with sound advice we had sold within two weeks. We felt the marketing of the property was done well with good quality photography including use of the drone. Everybody in the office was always friendly and helpful, and somebody always answers the phone. Sue in particular is a real asset to the team. She dealt with a number of complications in the chain and worked tirelessly to get us exchanged and completed whilst remaining positive despite the difficulties. Thank you to all.

Had round to value. Told to ‘dress it’ and put as much effort into the house as we were into clearing the garden (we had gardeners round at time). I know the house isn’t perfect but we are also not stupid and have people due round to clean, paint and looking for furniture to put in spare rooms- if he spent more time speaking to us he’d have found this out. It felt rude and I felt judged and uncomfortable (in my own home!). House valued at £50k less than two other agents, with not being able to find comparisons (the other two agents came armed with pages of these and talked us through each and the differences theyd factored in prior to value being given, not Warners there was very little detail given on the price quote, honestly got the ‘couldn’t care less’ vibe from the valuer. Made assumptions like a family won’t but it when the previous two owners have been families) this isn’t about making money and we’d go with lower price for right agent who we thought would put effort in but it was not a very pleasant experience at such an early stage. I regret letting him my home.

Studley Castle- our first time at a Warners Hotel Ab Fab building and setting Lovely big bed with huge towels.Excellant walk in shower.All very clean and well maintained.The balcony and view were second to none,I didnt want to leave it All the staff were very friendly and helpful ( especially Chloe 1 and Chloe 2 in the Evesham resturant.The food , for such mass catering was very good with sufficient choices each day So why not 5 stars It would have been helpful to have had a printed 'whats on ' to take out with us .Having it on the TV when we are out is not a lot of use.Finding out the times of events and navigating our way around activities seemed to take a lot of time and effort( probably because we didnt know the Warners 'ropes' And sometimes there was a disparity beween the luxury and cost cutting.For instance beautiful and very exclusive temple Spa complimentary toiletries but only PG tips in the room!! I asked for Earl Grey teabags and was told no! not provided, only PG tips.The someone told me to ask at the bar and i would be given some... which I did and they were happy to do so but it all seemed a bit unnecessarily cloak and dagger! Anyway they were minor points in an otherwise very enjoyable child free break.Thank you to all at Studley Castle, we will defo be returners to Warners( with own teabags of course)
