The pictures and write up of the property was second to none and the house went onto the market within a few days. Just sold through Money Properties and very impressed. Professional service from initial valuation to completion and good communication throughout the process. Our agent Amy was a great help, chasing parts of the conveyancy process and coordinating between the chain. Money properties also arranged accompanied viewings, which were well organised. I wish there was a higher star rating for Money Properties Wymondham - I'd give them 500! Having moved house many times in the past and endured disinterest - even aggression from other Estate Agents - it was almost a shock to find Money Properties. Really good estate agent, we had used other local agents but were so disappointed we moved across to Money properties, so much better and really glad we moved. Susie was constantly giving us updates and worked really hard to push a difficult sale through. (Dont use abbotts and especially there countrywide solictors service, we didnt use them but our chain did and they are shocking, held up our sale for over 5 1/2 months, just a helpdesk based in manchester - even be aware if they are in your chain)
