I have just purchased a property through Money Properties (Kim Local) My Sales Negotiator was perfectly tenacious in achieving a sale that never looked likely. From Initial Inquiry, to Exchange, Kim was patient professional and approachable. The plethora of idiosyncrasies that presented during the sale were resolved commensurate to expectation at the first time of asking with continuity, poise and transparency. Anyone who knows me knows I set the bar high in my Customer Services expectations. I'm very disappointed to have reached 47 year of age before I have finally awarded a Fully Satisfied Customer Review for anything. The fact that this transaction had so many moving parts, unique facets and was significantly compounded by simply awful legal representation makes this review all the more impressive. We sold our house through Moneyproperties (MP) through what turned out to be a lengthy and complex chain. One couple down the chain pulled out, another couple had separated and the whole thing went on and on. But Tracey at MP was relentless at finding out what was happening, chasing others in the chain to get things sorted, and her communication was outstanding throughout. The team at MP are simply excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

During the selling process other estate agents in the selling chain were oftain slow with coming back with information, Tracey Gooda always went above and beyond to help my house buyers with questions their own estate agent was slow in returning, making the whole selling chain hassel free and it being a very quick process in completing. I have recently purchased my first home with MoneyProperties in Wymondham and have been very pleased with the service provided. The property presenter, John was incredibly likeable and helpful, offering many valuable insights on each of our viewings of the property. Amy and Tracey were whom I dealt with in the office, with Tracey being my main contact for my purchase. Both were always incredibly friendly, being easy to get along with/talk to and more than happy to help out however they could. Prime examples of when they both impressed me being there were a couple times in my purchase were there was some mild rocky-ness (Through no fault of MoneyProperties, I must add) and both Tracey and Amy were there respectively from start to finish being as helpful as possible with consistent updates, which I was especially impressed with when I was out of the country for one of these times.

I’ve recently sold a property through Money Properties and cannot rate the company, and specifically Tracey Gooda highly enough. The initial valuation process and being put on the market was quick and pain-free & their promotion generated good interest throughout the time on the market. To actually sell, the current climate paired with a series of unfortunate buyer events set us back on a number of occasions but Tracey was brilliant - I cannot imagine how much more complex and worrisome this process would have been without her support.
