Abbotts Wymondham branch were great throughout a very frustrating and drawn out process. It was not the most simple of sales/purchases and they were also left negative reviews because I had bought the property over reviewer. That is unfair as they were kind & compassionate regarding the circumstances. I am grateful to the team helping me relocate from Essex with advice on schools etc. We are settling in our home but would definitely use them again if we move again. I found the team at abbotts of Wymondham to be really helpful. Sale went through quickly and the team were chasing either end. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They prioritised sending the right person round rather than the number of people they sent round. Then, after we sold they were very helpful in the conveyancing process. They have a specific department for that who was able to explain things when I was unsure and to liaise with solicitors and the other agents. When problems arose they were key in resolving it and finding the right solution. While we worked mainly with Joanna from Thorpe Bay we also had a lot of help from Amy on the after sale. They have also continued to support us after the sale.

Paige and Danielle. Let down by Nwes start up loan company i suddenly find myself four thousand pound short of securing my tenancy. The two women dealt fairly and communicated with the landlord about my sudden change of circumstances. They brokered solutions that both landlord and tenant found reasonable. Tenancy is still agreed and only two days to resolve these unexpected issues. I'm impressed these two women treat customers like individuals not tick boxes. They have excellent communication skills and genuine interest in each individual customer. These are rare qualities in Estate Agencies...Most Estate agents don't want to even show you a property without proof you have the cash... Cut throat mercenary world we live in where care is just a word with little meaning. Paige is a beautiful polite and caring young woman who is both professional and fair. Paige is able to get results for all involved. Danielle the manager is understanding professional yet looking to broker deals that leave everyone feeling happy. What a team!

Knock, knock. Who's There? ...No-one!

I can't truly rate the service because I've had none! I've tried for over a week to get some information on a property listed in their Stowemarket branch. I've left messages, I've emailed, I've used the chatbox, the contact form and made 4 phone calls, which no one answered or responds to the recorded messages I've left. I phoned a bigger branch who told me they would contact the branch and get them to call me....nothing. Not a peep. I started this a week ago, because I'm in Suffolk at the weekend and wanted to arrange a viewing. I've had to give up and make other plans. There is clearly something wrong with their communications dept. If they have one!?!

Lorraine and her team have been fantastic in selling my elderly parents property. Sadly my Dad suddenly had to go into care, and I moved my frail mother to be closer to me which is two hours away from Wymondham…. leaving the property empty. I need not have worried, the staff did recorded weekly checks to comply with insurance requirements, they arranged plenty of viewers and got us a good price- the staff even went and collected vital documents needed for conveyancing to save me a long drive- very kind and thoughtful. We had a bit of stress getting exchanged but Lorraine was onto it straight away- the new owners moved in yesterday. Thank you SO MUCH to you all at Wymondham office, you made a difficult situation much easier- we are eternally grateful. Xx

The Mildenhall branch I had rented my property thru for years lost or mislaid a contract for a period that I had to pay the Council Tax of some £400 for when it should have been the tenant they were paid the management fee for the period in question but even after calls to them over the months they have not paid me back it is appalling DO NOT USE THEM I was even told by a member of staff I am too busy to help!!!!

I didn't sell through this branch but was referred to the mortgage broker at the branch, Chelsie. I am so glad I was, it was so easy and stress free it was unbelievable. All the heavy lifting was done for me and it all went through extremely quickly. She also helped organise a home buyers survey on my purchase property which was performed very quickly too. I found her to be very friendly and helpful and by listening well and using her experience was very good at tailoring the available mortgages to my needs. There was definitely no hard sell and coming away with more than i needed or anything i didn't need which was really pleasing as I have experienced that before. She was very easy to talk to and ask questions and also someone I could talk too when things were getting stressful elsewhere with my moving process which was much appreciated . So yes she was very good all round. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
