The whole team from the Leamington Spa branch where amazing, always polite and positive! Special thanks to Rachel Hatton (the branch manager), very competent and professional, who was doing her best to mediate with the vendors and push the solicitors (when needed). Also, Jason Dhesi, the financial adviser - his professional expertise helped us to find the best option, when purchasing our house. Thank you! 🙂

TrustpilotSOLD THE WRONG HOUSE!!!
My daughter was buying her first house, a new build and RA Bennetts, Evesham were the appointed agents. Firstly, they didn't like the fact that we appointed our own mortgage adviser rather than use theirs, but I have NEVER experienced this..................they sold us the WRONG HOUSE!!! Yep we viewed the same house twice, and were shown the show home....never did anyone ever tell us we weren't buying that plot but the house next door instead. It got to the solicitor stage before it was picked up. Having looked through the windows of the house she WILL purchase (still to be finished) The kitchen spec is different, the tiles are different, the layout is in reverse. We've never been inside the house that she will ultimately own!

Can highly recommend Jenna and the team at the Evesham RA Bennett office. They worked tirelessly to sell my late-father's house and found buyers really quickly. They dealt with a really quite horrible initial buyer with patience and grace, and immediately found me another when that buyer pulled out. Their communication was excellent at all times and I was always kept in the loop, and despite being located 120 miles away in London, I always felt like everything was under control. They are refreshingly genuine and don't lapse in to 'estate agent speak' or indulge in the usual blathering you get from some agents.Great stuff.

Credit where Credit is Due goes the saying! Simply, in our experience RA Bennett are the most proactive and professional firm of estate agents we have dealt with. We have sold 4 properties through them in the last 20 years, both here in Broadway and Blockley nearby. Mandy Headington and her very able team at Broadway handled an extremely difficult leasehold property sale for us. We were regularly contacted and informed of progress each step of the way, and after many nail biting weeks of this protracted conveyance, due mainly to leasehold complexities, they brought the process to a most satisfactory conclusion. When considering appointing an estate agent, we would more than recommend approaching the Broadway office. Our thanks goes out to Mandy, Abby and Louise.

GoogleWe found Emily to be one of the most knowledgeable, engaging Agents that we have come across in our search for a new home (and we have met many!) there was nothing she didn't know, she was familiar with school catchment area, she had "magic eyes" and helped us see the potential in an old property that we would have not seen without her help. She clearly makes it her business to know as much as she can about a house and its potential and every question we had, she had an answer for it. Although the house she showed us was not for us, she was an absolute pleasure and if every Agent was like her it would make our process so much better. Such a refreshing change to meet someone who is actually interested in property.

GoogleI would highly recommend RA Bennet evesham. we’ve rented a property from them recently and the whole process was a breeze. Our agent was Isobel and she was so helpful throughout the whole process. This is our first rented property and we asked loads of questions and they always had an answer and made us feel very welcome and we were always kept in the loop. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to rent or buy.

GoogleDuring my tenancy, they did not do any checks on the property whatsoever. They only contacted me on the following occasions: 1: get payments every 6 months to renew my contract. Thankfully the landlord found out and asked them to stop this. 2: tell me about their advertising campaigns. 3: to get a gas certificate off the landlord. That is what they are paid for. How and why was I supposed to do that? When I decided to move out, they asked me to pay a £24 fee to give a reference to the new estate agents. They then asked me to pay rent up to 2 months after giving my notice unless they find a new tenant. Conclusion: they seem to be more interested in getting payments any possible way, even if it puts other people in difficulty, than to do their jobs properly. The worse and greediest estate agency I dealt with.

Absolutely awful company. Rented my house with them, nothing but issues on their end. They lost keys, gave wrong dates for appointments, didn't carry out checks on time and still after several months have had no reply about deposit returns. Avoid!

Xenophobic rude liars. After respectfully contacting them because we were interested in a property advertised on rightmove, Oliver replied to us asking for salary references and additional information, we provided all the necessary details and he said that they’re waiting for the tenant’s confirmation to organise a viewing. Few days have passed and we still hadn’t heard anything from them so I decided to call them and ask if there’s any progress - I just said my name and he hung up. I really hope that their white privileged *** go bankrupt.

RA Bennett Leamington Spa with Rachel as manager As a tenant that was living in a house being sold by you, please carry out some staff training: * DONT forget to actually get keys to access the house you are about to have an Open Day on * DONT send your staff to hold an open day if they are too poorly to be there. My neighbours witnessed this. * DO remove your shoes after entering the muddy garden and walking through the house, especially when it’s been requested numerous times. * DO leave the house as you found it - shut the cupboards and freezer your viewers have looked at so pets don’t stray and food isn’t compromised. * DONT insult the tenants belongings. Especially when they belong to a father who died only a year prior and their 14 year old daughter hears that comment. * DONT gas light the tenant by pretending to have “tried to call, tried to email and “tried to leave a voicemail” simply because you forgot to tell them viewings were cancelled * DO pay attention to detail especially when a mistake is kindly pointed out to you. I never knew in the 17 years I lived there my garage floated in mid air on the first floor. * DONT push the tenant by telling them you are “being patient” with them, especially when they could have used their tenants rights and refused you entry completely. * DONT forget when you are dealing with a tenant that’s leaving a property due to a no fault eviction, that they could rent from you. * DO learn to have some compassion. You do run a business yes, but your clients are people.
