Hannah Graver provided me with a brochure (not all estate agents do!), and then showed me around the house, answering all the questions I had. She left me when I needed to see the garden and rooms on my own, and agreed to arrange a second viewing if necessary. It was a pleasure to meet her.

In fact, this was the second time instructing Minors and Brady to sell a property for us which supports the faith we have in them! So I’d say we definitely have a well rounded experience of their service as both vendors and buyers! This time we met Alex who came to value and list our property. We had no delay in making this appointment and he was very professional and informative throughout, ensuring he had an understanding of our expectations for the sale and made sure to fully brief us of what to expect for the sales process. Once sold stc we were lucky to have Emily involved in our sale progression. She kept us fully informed and updated every step of the way, assisting with negotiations between us and with our sellers and buyers. If ever things were being slowed by solicitors etc she would be straight on the phone to iron out any issues best she could with all parties involved to get things resolved in a timely manner. I’d like to say we would use them again in the future but I feel this time they’ve truly helped us find our forever home. An extremely professional, efficient and personal service from all the team and we would recommend to all
