GoogleInitially I had no intention of moving but saw something interesting that Winkworth had started marketing and simply fell in love with it. The team were super impressive and I did not hesitate to instruct them to sell my home to facilitate the move. Their professionalism from the start resulted in my home selling swiftly and throughout the process I was kept abreast of what was happening at all times including out of hours with Steve regularly contacting me. I have gone on to recommend Winkworth to several friends and family and will continue to do so.

GoogleI have bought several properties, rented some out and am in the process of selling a couple with Winkworth Worthing. The team there Jack, Jamie, Chloe and Steve are all superb, they are professional, helpful and engaging. In relation to buying , I have Steve's approach and can do attitude of real worth. He kept solicitors on track and has been great working between vendor and the seller to get the transaction complete. I am a new landlord and new to renting in general and their assistance, advice and support gave me real confidence, their management Services have also made this venture a lot simpler. My tenants are being well looked after and all issues big or small have been dealt with efficiently. I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking to buy, rent or sell in West Sussex. Mike

Their attention to detail and customer service was fantastic, as was their clear expertise in selling period properties. Super helpful and accommodating with getting us access to the house and checking the purchase was going smoothly. They never tried to oversell anything and they were great to chat to about the property, it’s history, the area and the neighbours. Thoroughly recommend them. Will definitely sell with them if we ever move again.
