Hello Michaela, Thanks for taking the time to rate us. We take any feedback very seriously and having checked both sales and lettings departments we don't recognise yourself as a client of ours. We have also checked with all our staff members and no message from yourself in any way shape or form with regards to any issues or complaints. We have also checked our social media with nothing on there either. If you wish to call direct, my personal mobile number is 07500 70 60 54 as the business owner I would address this immediately. Its very important to me and the business that our clients are happy and confident when dealing with us. Regards Wesley Welch
