No question was ever too much, always on the end of the phone or on email and if we ever had any concerns he had usually picked it up before we'd got hold of him! Robert Luff have to be the worse company that I’ve ever dealt with. I telephoned them about a property advertised to let in Tarring and spoke with the lettings manager. I was told that a couple of people had been seen by the owners but no decision had been made about their suitability for the property. I asked to be kept updated. After a couple of days I again contacted the agents and asked to speak with the lettings manager, as he was the only person who was dealing with the property in question. I was told that he would call me back in an hour as he was out of the office. No call back. Over the course of the following 5 days I phoned them 3 more times and was told that he was either on another call or in a meeting. 2 weeks later I still have not been called back. I emailed the company director to complain 7 days ago and have not received any response from him either. An annoyingly, unprofessional and disrespectful company.

GoogleWhat can I say? Dave and his team really are the best thing since sliced bread! Having lived at my current address for 35 years, the prospect of moving was a pretty daunting one. But, right from Dave’s initial visit, he has put mine and my son’s minds at ease and has always made himself available to talk if we needed help, had any questions or just wanted to let off some steam. We have, unfortunately, not been blessed with the most straightforward of moves, and the whole moving process has changed drastically over the last 35 years, but Dave has been there with us every step of the way. They achieved us full asking price within four days and since we went under offer Dave, who was looking after us, has been totally on the ball, chasing everyone up and updating me relentlessly. James initially suggesting a property which we hadn't considered, based on another property we wanted to view. His suggestion ended up becoming our new home! They were both very helpful answering our many questions as first time buyers. They followed up enquiries promptly with the solicitors, which they had recommended, who we chose to represent us. James and Jamie made the process very straight forward throughout. I'd highly recommend using them if you are looking to buy in the area.

GoogleUsed David King and team at Robert Luff's Goring by Sea office for our bungalow and garage sales recently - absolutely no hesitation in recommending the exemplary service that David himself provided, which was mirrored by any /all of his team members involved during the process. Our own sales (and the purchase of a property in Wales) were linked to other family members selling their property in the same period of time, also through Dave and team, enabling a multigenerational family move and thus a joint property purchase in Wales to be achieved. During the multiple linked sales a number of issues cropped up, none of which were caused by Dave or his team, but all of which were resolved very largely thanks to Dave and his teams great proactive service and commitment to get us 'over the line'. Most of the issues were caused by solicitors within the multiple chains, Dave effectively in our opinion undertook much of what we anticipated to be the solicitors work, clarifying things throughout and chasing all parties to help achieve time frames etc. He and his team were dogged and determined to achieve and provided an amazing service with great positivity, friendliness, humour and reassurance. Many, many thanks Dave and team, we are loving the beauty of Wales, the space, calmer pace of life, fresher air and brighter skies to name a few of the 'gains', frequently our minds are grateful for having managed to get here and your huge role in that being achieved. More's the pity that should we ever need or wish to sell again, now being located in Wales may mean we are just a bit out of area a bit for Dave and his team to be our selling agent !

GoogleI would completely recommend Dave and the team at Robert Luff Goring. When I needed to sell mum's house they were totally understanding and compassionate in how they dealt with the situation. They were efficient and professional throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble for them. The house sold within the first week of going on the market. I had absolutely no idea of the selling process and they guided me through everything step by step and kept me up to date with all that was happening and what we needed to do. They made the really difficult situation that I was having to deal with so much more straightforward and so much less stressful than I thought it would be. I'd 100% recommend them without any hesitation.
