GoogleWe used Robert Luff after family had recommended them. Initially we felt much more comfortable with Dave than other estate agents and all along he has been very helpful, keeping us up to date with our chain and assisting with Solicitors. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

GoogleExcellent service provided by Robert Luff making the sale of my flat as stress free as possible! Dave inparticular gave such a fabulous service, ensuring communcation was made to me when necessary and ensuring that everything I needed to do, I was advised of as soon as possible. Despite the gruelling and tedious process of solicitors and legal documents, Dave ensured he communicated with both set of solicitors to enable him to give me an update whenever I called or emailed. He was kind, patient and put so much effort into making this process the easiest thing for me despite the circumstances. I couldn't recommend Robert Luff enough for the Sale of a property and due to such fantastic service I received for this, I know for a fact that I could put complete trust in the team when buying a property too. Thank you again!

Useless! Tried several calls over 2 days to arrange viewings on 3 properties after complaining we were given 1 viewing only to be called back later and told it was under offer. Also 3 months ago my daughter called them for a rental property 5 times and never received a call back

GoogleAlthough we didn't sell our house through them, the whole process of finding a house through to where we are now with completion round the corner has been absolutely faultless. We put across what we would like in a house in a group email to a lot of estate agents - James as Robert Luff (Goring) went above and beyond in contacting us with updates for our sale to even finding us our property that would be just coming onto the market, so we snapped it up first. Jamie at Robert Luff (Goring) has been in constant contact over the past 3 months and has helped nudge the solicitors along and answered any queries. Nothing was a hassle (and if it was, he never let on) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert Luff! They have really blown us away with their customer service and attention. GoogleThe deposit barely scratched the money I had to spend on repairs. I am very disappointed that none of the issues were brought to my attention during the last few years despite raising concerns few times. You personally told me that the place just requires a bit of cleaning. In reality I found drawings on the walls, ripped flooring, damaged kitchen units and work surfaces, broken bath panel, broken toilet seat, ruined garden, shady paint works, numerous fixings and holes in the walls, door removed from its hinges, mould and enough grime to give me nightmares. I do not believe that any inspections took place and if they did you have not done what you are paid for.
