Jack Cottingham Has been awesome regarding trying to find us a property. The team at Robert Luff in Goring have been nothing short of amazing throughout the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one. From the listing and great quality photograpghs, getting people through the door and selling (STC) in under two weeks to chasing and updating the whole chain effeciently through to exchange and completion (not easy at times), the service has been first class. Staff are friendly and approachable and I'll be sad not to wave at them as I walk past with the dog when we have moved! Happy to pay them their fees :)

Jack, Dave,Laura and Jamie are all so professional and dedicated to their jobs. We have had one of the most complicated and stressful moves going, there have been highs and lows, but with this group of estate agents in goring, you are not going to do better. What I liked especially about them is that they chased things when they should, and always got back to us. Jack has gone above and beyond in selling our house and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending them. Although I have no intention in trying to move in the near future I feel if our experience was anything to go by this is the estate agent to chose. I don’t normally do reviews… However, credit, where credit's due and here I am. Where do I begin… We wanted to sell our house. We tried ‘a, another’ estate agent. After 6 months, no real joy, so we changed to Robert Luff in Goring. We got ourselves a Dave. Dave King @ Robert Luff has been a star. He is a diamond. All the staff in the branch have been great, but Dave has gone beyond the call of duty over and over. He has worked his butt off getting together an 8 link chain. He has managed to get all the solicitors, estate agents, mortgage companies and house owners ALL lined up, ALL looking in the same direction, ALL at the same time and ready to exchange contracts, TWICE. At the time, it was hell, there nearly wasn’t a chain a couple of times, TBH, I had had enough, but I think Dave just knew what was going on, kept calm and got the job done. Great quote from Dave at the time - “It’s not my first time at the rodeo”. So if you are thinking of selling your house or flat give Dave a call. He didn’t let me down. And he really pulled one out of the bag. Nice one Dave.

Where to start. What can I say....Robert Luff should be proud to have each one of these guys working for him at this branch....I’ve dealt with all of these guys on numerous occasions with the main one being a young lad named David King, and each time they have delivered on everything they promise and each time they have exceeded my expectations! I don’t know of any other estate agency that works as hard as they do to ensure their customers/clients are happy. I would say if you are unsure of which estate agent to use when buying or selling always to go Robert Luff, if even they can’t do it then others will certainly struggle.

We put our house on the market in Jul 2016 with Robert Luff. We accepted an offer in September 2016 but unfortunately this did not complete as the buyer decided not to move after all. David King at Robert Luff worked extremely hard to secure us a number of new viewings which resulted in a number of offers and finally we completed on our sale in May 2017 (None of the delays were attributable to the Estate agents) . I am normally sceptical about Estate Agents but I have to say my experience with Robert Luff was first class. I found them very approachable and quick to react. Special praise should be given to David King as his enthusiasm and commitment was excellent throughout and he really is a credit to Robert Luff and should be recognised as such. Well done!
