GoogleI used to let my flat personally but was having some issues and therefore contacted Ollie. He did not just help me to sort out the issue but is now helping me to manage two of my properties. He always responses to the queries promptly and always willing to help no matter how many times you contact him. I definitely recommend him and the team for excellent and the efficient service I had.

From the very start the team at Jacob Steel were very professional and helpful. Many thanks to Jo and Rachel for making the sale of my mother's property as smooth as possible despite a few 'bumps' along the way. Rachel in particular went way beyond the call of duty at times to ensure that happened. Big thanks to everyone.

The whole team has been absolutely fantastic. All of them and I can’t remember names to mention individually. However Rachel in particular has gone above and beyond to help me. I won’t ever forget that. What a very hard and emotional experience and rachel has just been my go to person that has made everything ok!

TrustpilotExcellent professional service from the Worthing staff
Excellent professional service from the team at Worthing Jacobs Steel. Our house was put on the market and we received an immediate offer with the process successfully completed in November 2022. The team took away a lot of the stress and responded to our enquiries throughout. We would definitely use them again.

TrustpilotHelpful & Professional
We were purchasing a property advertised by J.S. so not a direct client. However, the contact and helpfulness of the J.S. team made purchasing the property much easier than it could have been. Should we have a property to sell in the Worthing area we would have no hesitation in using J.S.

TrustpilotSales Progressor A*
My sale was fraught with nitpicky problems as an old building with a non typical freehold. It took months to sort out and if it wasn't for Rachel Goff (progression team) it would probably never have completed . She was the only person who seemed to know what was going on and made me feel reassured at every turn.

Even though they were not the estate agents for the house I was buying, they were extremely helpful and their service went beyond just sell my house.
