GoogleAn extremely professional and highly efficient organisation. Property managers are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Aftercare is also of paramount importance to them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking to, or thinking of renting property or accommodation.

GoogleWhere to start with how fabulous Lucie and Kaitlan have been with our move? We came to view the property only a couple of weeks ago and it was an absolute dream. Lucie took her time conducting a viewing for us and only a couple of weeks later, we were able to move in. They ensured the entire referencing process was utterly seamless and have been on hand for every and all queries we've had, as tenants. They've both been good-natured, friendly and they are clearly a very organised and efficient team. They've been responsive, have incredible communication skills and it really has made the moving process so much easier. They've also been flexible around us and our needs. Cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleWaste of time. They said they were waiting to book a viewing with the current tenants, then rented it out. Clearly they don't honour what they say they will do.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand how disappointing it can be to miss out on a property. In this case, viewings were dependent on tenant availability, and unfortunately the landlord accepted an application before a viewing could be arranged. This can happen in a fast-moving rental market and is not something we intend or take lightly. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused and wish you the best with your property search.

GoogleUnfortunately one star is more than enough as a feedback for this business. Unwilling to help and tried to bond us with a contract even though we were following exactly what the contract said. Kept being lazy to do their job and we had to keep chasing them for every single thing . Whenever we needed something for the apartment they were never helpful and always was taking forever to resolve it . Completely anorganised on every single matter.Stay away from this office , do not even choose this one even if they are your last option.

GoogleLazy people , full of lies and the most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with . Unfortunately these are the only words that describe this company . Try to avoid this agency as much as you can , and if you cannot really avoid it just have a heads up . I am thankful we had amazing landlords and we had the ability to be talking to them directly whenever the agency was failing to perform their duties .
Hi Kelly, I am disheartened to read your review after such a great final email you sent thanking us for the detailed breakdown of everything that had happened from the day you requested to end your tenancy early up until your move out date, even stating and I quote from your email “The fact that you are stating dates and times in the email below it means that your brand has an efficient team”. Your review doesn’t seem to reflect these comments. The overall issues are from your initial request wanting to end your tenancy agreement 2months earlier than what was agreed on the original contract you signed, just to confirm, within the signed agreement you are liable to pay rent until a tenant is found as it is your request to leave early. There was a huge disconnect within communication as you presented your friends as possible new tenants, an application form was sent over and this was signed and returned within the same working day. Unfortunately, the supporting documentation that is also a mandatory requirement was sent after working hours therefore this was not picked up until the next working day. I want to also stress, when possible tenants are put forward, full legal checks are required before the tenant can be accepted regardless of a signed application. During this time, we were also presented with other potential tenants by the landlord, again, an application form was sent, and we started the proceedings of all the legal checks. Both set of tenants from yourself, and the landlord was presented to the landlord in which the landlord then decided to proceed with their tenant’s. From the day your friend’s application form was received to the landlord putting forward other potential tenants it was 7 working days. This is a great achievement finding tenants this quickly resulting in you not needing to pay rent for a further 2 months. As mentioned above, from the email received upon you moving out to your review there seems to be a huge difference and I feel it is an extremely dishonest review and maybe there is possible focus on the fact your friends weren’t chosen, which I do hope wouldn’t be the reason of such a damaging review. However, we wish you all the best of luck in all your future endeavours. Ellenbrook Team.

GoogleI wanted to express my deepest disappointment according to a case that I had with this agency. Unfortunately I tried in the best way I could to communicate properly however every single interaction I had with them it was a complete nonsense. The only reason I am sharing this review is because I do not want anyone else to feel this much mistreated like I did . It was a complete waste of time .

GoogleWe have just used Parello to let a property. They went above and beyond guiding us through the pre-letting process and finalising the tenancy. They really are so efficient and professional, whilst maintaining a friendly ask-anything relationship with clients. GoogleI am very happy with Parello, they did not put any obstacles in my way, they helped me with all the paperwork despite not speaking English very well (me), everything was very fast and when I need something, they respond very quickly to emails.
