We had been with Parello for approximately 14 months and we were locked into an 18 month lease agreement. Our circumstances had changed as we had an offer accepted on a property which we have now bought but we were in a tricky situation as we had 4 months left on the lease. After speaking to Kim and the team they were very understanding and did their utmost to work with us and find a solution in releasing us from the lease agreement. Parello re-listed the property to be rented and found new tenants within 1 week and did their best to work around our completion date. I’ve rented a handful of times in my lifetime and i can honestly say i’ve never had a better experience than i have with the team at Parello.

Just sold my property via Parello, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. First class service, great communication, professional and efficient. Great team as a whole, but a special shout out for Lucie, who stayed on top of everything throughout the whole process, which didn’t just stop after locating a buyer (in my experience most Estate Agents think their job is done once you’ve appointed a solicitor) made life so much easier for me as the seller. If you are selling your property go with Nick and his team at Parello, you won’t regret it 🙂

Been chasing Nick for photos around a property that they deducted my deposit for. I decided to take on a property with a new AST agreement from Ellenbrook. The property was in need of TLC but I was planning on doing as I would be using it for business purposes so I was happy to do this. Unfortunately, I did not pursue with this business venture and decided to hand the keys back. (Let along Nick calling me to and telling me I have to leave the property in 4 weeks as landlord want to sell the property, imagine if I had my family living there, would I have been to find another property within 4 week) I can stepped into this property around 3 times just for a welfare check during the 5 months I rented the property. I decided to give the keys back and now Nick from Ellenbrook is stating that I left their property in a bad way. I asked Nick to show me the photos of the property prior to me signing the AST so I can compare from when I received the property to when I gave it back. If I did cause any damage I would be happy to pay as I have BTL properties myself and know how it feels when tenants leave the property in a state. He decided to deducted £700 from my deposit and avoid my phone calls. I know the person who had the property prior to me and Nick did the exact same thing with them. He charged them for cleaning, repairs etc handed the keys to me without spending a penny of the money he deducted from previous tenants and done the same thing with me. I would be very careful when dealing with Ellenbrook Estates, make sure you do your own due diligence and keep photos and emails as it seems Ellenbrook have a thing for lying and claiming for untrue repairs, cleaning and maintenance.

Thank you Ellenbrook Estates! I have recently vacated a property that they managed and they were fantastic throughout the whole tenancy. Upon moving into the property, the property was clean and perfectly presented. During the tenancy we had some maintenance issues. What property doesn’t?! However, Ellenbrook were amazing! I reported the maintenance and this was investigated and actioned almost immediately and I was kept up dated throughout. I would highly recommend. 10/10 service.

My boiler broke. It's middle of January, Ellen Brook estate told me that they have to wait for a part to fix it(which is fine). After a week I still have no hot water, and heating broke. Tried contacting them about it, claiming that no heating is an emergency, but was told that 'do not have to provide me heating or water'. Ask yourself if you want to be on that boat. To be clear - I expected to be provided heaters when the heating stopped working, as well as recompensation for the time I did not have hot water (increased electricity bill, time spent to boil water every morning, and the fact that service that I'm paying for is not working.) Edit 10/01/2022 Boiler broke again on the 30th of December 2021, had to wait 5 days for the technician to fix. Its 10/01/2022 middle of a night and the boiler is broken again. It "worked" nit even for a week. I don't expect it to get fixed since i cancelled the tenancy, because the lack of professionalism of this "agency" is unprecedented. This agency is a joke. If you value your time stay away from them. Edit 11/01/2022 I got an sarcastic email from the employee of Ellenbrook Estate, that the technician will call me sometime. No time frame. I can't get out of the house for who know how long now. Thanks Ellenbrook Estate!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Don’t fall into the hype of the website and believing you’re going to get what it says. This business doesn’t care for their tenants or anybody looking to rent/buy a property. Been trying to get a response from these people on the back of enquiries but nothing. My friend is a tenant in one of their properties but they get ignored so doesn’t matter if you have a contract or not

Terrible company. Owner doesn’t care, nobody answers the phone. It’s never open. You’ll never get a response. Stay well clear. What agency closes over Christmas and doesn’t have people around for maintenance or emergencies, this one and if they were around. Pick up the phone!

I have been using Parello as my letting agent for 17 years. In that time they have proven to be excellent at looking after my property. Where to start with how fabulous Lucie and Kaitlan have been with our move? We came to view the property only a couple of weeks ago and it was an absolute dream. Lucie took her time conducting a viewing for us and only a couple of weeks later, we were able to move in. They ensured the entire referencing process was utterly seamless and have been on hand for every and all queries we've had, as tenants. They've both been good-natured, friendly and they are clearly a very organised and efficient team. They've been responsive, have incredible communication skills and it really has made the moving process so much easier. They've also been flexible around us and our needs. Unfortunately one star is more than enough as a feedback for this business. Unwilling to help and tried to bond us with a contract even though we were following exactly what the contract said. Kept being lazy to do their job and we had to keep chasing them for every single thing . Whenever we needed something for the apartment they were never helpful and always was taking forever to resolve it . Completely anorganised on every single matter.Stay away from this office , do not even choose this one even if they are your last option.
