GoogleBy far the worst estate agents to deal with for a number of reasons 1. Do not return phone calls or messages when agreed at all. 2. Do not answer emails and hardly ever answers the phone 3. They manage a property I rent and have been awful help in fixing an issue, I had no hot water and reported the issue via them, took them 6 days to even bring it up to the landlord. After which they couldn’t even direct any communications or get anyone to fix it. After myself and the landlord cut out the estate agents and their management companies then we got the issue resolved. 4. I queried about a few issues that did not get a reply for, Infact I sent the query in March, it is now October and the 4 emails I sent still haven’t been replied to! 5. They arranged a 6 monthly check of my property without arranging anything with me, luckily I was in when they called round. If anyone I mean anyone is looking to either sell or rent via this company then I would avoid at all costs!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe recently bought our first house with Palmer Snell Worle as the Estate Agents. We couldn't thank them enough for the help they gave us, especially through some difficult periods. They were always on hand to help and replied to our queries straight away, especially the branch manager Daniel. Once completed they even gave us a gift box which was a really nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAvoid at all costs! We traveled 40 miles to a viewing only to be turned away by the agent telling us that the property had been taken. This was despite being told that all offers within the block viewing would be considered. Phoned to complain and was told someone would phone back. Surprise surprise, nobody did. There are a lot of cheaper agents out their with a lot better customer service. These guys are a waste of time and money.
I’m very sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with Palmer Snell. Unfortunately this review relates to our 'lettings' branch in Weston super Mare and I would like to invite you to contact them directly on 01934886654 to discuss. I have contacted the lettings department and it is our understanding that this was resolved and that you understood that the cancellation of the viewing at the time was out of our hands as the current tenant had asked us not to carry out any further viewings that day. We appreciate that you had to travel a long distance but due to the timing of the appointment it was impossible to contact you in time to cancel as you were already at the appointment. My colleagues have explained to me that they apologised to you and explained the situation to you. We aim to provide the highest levels of customer service possible and as a regulated business we take complaints and any problems our customers experience very seriously. Branch Manager

GoogleFriendly and helpful, I always recommend them to friends and family who need help finding a home. They helped me and my partner with our house and I went in there the other day with my aunt who's disabled and has specific requirements and they were really kind and non judgemental especially compared to the other ones we went to.

GoogleExtremely good estate agents. Very knowledgeable of their trade. They were so patience in the house buying process with our difficult solicitor. They supported us the whole way through being first time buyers and not having a clue about the process. Always on hand and very quick to respond via email and phone. Would highly reccomend.
