Best estate agents I have ever had to deal with. Appraisal was fair, very informative about decisions for marketing, direct with their approach and will continue to support even with solicitors through out the process. Communication is fast and direct information you need. Luke played a pivotal role in making sure we got our property sold to move into our dream home as quickly as possible. Anyone in the Weston area looking to sell. Please do not go to anyone else, I tried them all out and had the best responses, no hidden agenda/fees and comfort knowing my property was in their hands. Thank you to the whole team and lead by a fantastic leader in that branch.

I used palmer Snell to sale my house in worle. Luke and his team were awesome from the very start. My neighbours at the time recommended them, so I contacted them to sale my property. Luke came round and I could tell straight away genuine from the start, he listened to me and gave me his opinions without any pressure . During the purchase of my new property luke and his team were excellent with there help and advice and many a time I went into the office for help needed to fill out forms and getting bits photo copied. Excellent service from start to finish and also there in house mortgage broker tracey was very good. Communication throughout 10 out of 10 👍👍

Amazing service from first enquiry to hand over of keys. Listed the property on a Friday evening and on Saturday had two viewings booked in, first one took it straight away. Having had dealings with Palmer Snell(PS) 18 years ago for a house purchase, I decided, based on my previous positive experience, to use PS to provide a valuation of our property for Probate purposes. This was done willingly, professionally and with no pressure to use them at a later date for marketing and sale. When ready for market, we decided to speak to 2 Agents, PS and one other and based on the initial meeting and market assessment, it was decided, with ease, to use PS. This turned out to be a very wise choice as the service received was second to none and coupled with extreme professionalism, realism, clear and friendly communication and regular updates seemed like second nature to all of the Team. Their relationship with our chosen Solicitor proved to be most effective and on receipt of an offer, our property sale was completed in a timescale of 14 weeks and 4 days from the date of listing. House selling is one of the most stressful events we go through in life and doubly so when combined with a family bereavement. I can honestly say that we were treated with respect and dignity in the process and still have a working relationship that included levity and laughter at times. Words cannot express how much Palmer Snell have been STARS during our house buying process. Despite being the estate agents for the house we were purchasing, their team has been extremely communicative with us where our own solicitor has not!!! From the get-go, Luke Turk has taken the time to go above and beyond (in our eyes) to have long discussions with us about the entire process, making sure any gaps we may’ve had, had clarification. This is especially important as an autistic adult, with a lot of overwhelm with all of this. Without him, we wouldn’t have been as caught up with the chain’s movement and we wouldn’t have felt at so much ease despite our difficulties during this time.
