Top Quality experience from the Lettings team at Palmer Snell. They managed to get me into the property at short notice. The Application process was simple along with the referencing. Everything was done within a couple of days so that I could just wait for the move in date. Kelly was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable on the property and, when she wasn't available, Daniel filled in seamlessly.

Palmer Snell initially provided me with a probate valuation and of the 4 agents I used they stood out as being most professional, confident and approachable. I later instructed them to sell the property. They found me a full asking price buyer on the first day of marketing and were great at keeping me informed, liaising with my solicitor and the buyer throughout a long and challenging conveyancing process. Luke, Daniel and Adam did a great job for me. The valuation was done quickly and accurately and the home then sold within a week or so of it going on the market. Everyone there did a great job making sure the sale proceeded smoothly, that all the various parties were sharing information appropriately. The team were always very quick to reply to my questions and always clear and direct in their answers. Everything was also handled well on my eventual completion date. The team were very friendly, kind and hardworking throughout, very happy to recommend.

Palmer Snell have recently sold my Mum's house after her death. Luke had previously met Mum for a valuation of her house when she was diagnosed with dementia and I was impressed at the time by his manner and respect towards her and that he spoke to her rather than me. Although the house did not go up for sale for a couple of years after the initial valuation, Palmer Snell did not pressure us during that time and when the time did come to sell I was very comfortable to get back in touch with Luke, who already knew the property and had met Mum. The circumstances of the sale were emotionally challenging and Luke and Adam were always mindful of our needs and respected our situation. The sale was conducted professionally and I was confident in Palmer Snell's handling of everything as no family member was local to the area.
