Google2 staff members senior in this business have no clue about referencing. They wanted a cash payment and could not offer the information about renting a property or information regards tenancy agreements. How on earth can you be estate agents when you do not know your own industry? Would avoid like the plague.

GoogleI have had very bad experience with them several years ago but this time buying from them was a lot easier. Matt Jackeman although was representing seller was helping in every aspect of the transaction on my side as well, also outside of office hours. Very professional and highly recommended.

GoogleMyself and my partner have sourced rented properties through Cooke & Co on 3 occasions and have found them to be an honest and effective company in arranging tenancies and servicing issues promptly. Cooke's staff have always been easy to deal with and the company appears to be well-managed.
