An easy to manage storage solution. I really liked the fact that you can downsize your unit space as you downsize your stuff. The office staff are really helpful during the day and respond promptly to emails. Having 24 hour access is great and an onsite kitchen area to make a brew is a very welcome addition.

GoogleJust signed up for some prolonged storage while I have some work done on my house, Kate was extremely helpfull and was happy to show us round so we could have a look at the available units to see if they would be any good for us. I don't start using the storage for a few more days so I'll update my feedback once i've finished using the unit but but so far I am impressed with the whole setup and will be recommending to friends and family.

GoogleCould not fault this company. All the staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The prices was very reasonable and good sized units. The facilities was really helpful (toilets and kitchen) plenty of trolleys available to use. Great system with logging in and out of the building. Very impressed with our experience and would highly recommend.

GoogleAfter seeing the signs locally, I made contact and was immediately sent a price list and,with no pressure, offered a visit to view the facilities. We were greeted by the lovely Kate who took time to show us various sized units and at no time did we feel rushed or pressurised to book. We have now booked a unit as we were very pleased with the location,size and price and obviously dealing with someone as pleasant as Kate was an added bonus.Our Initial thoughts are that we would highly recommend.

Regarding the Skelmersdale Unit.
Ryan, We are saddened that you have left such a poor, inaccurate review of our services. When you reported a small amount of mould on a couple of your items in July, which may or may not have been present before the goods entered our facility, our team did their utmost to help. Offering to help you relocate the items to an alternate unit right away, but you elected to leave them in the same unit. We pride ourselves on quality and service, thus have had no other reports of such cases in our 3 years’ operating in Skelmersdale. In regards to access times, these have not changed from the point of agreeing the rental of the unit. We believe that an appropriate resolution has now been found and wish you well for the future.
