GoogleHi all, I have been with the storage team for just over six months now. I had a bereavement recently and needed to store my house hold items, for a potential move. As vulnerable as I was at the time along with being disabled too, part of the storage team I was in constant contact with, were Jordan and Ellie, who were very emphatic and accommodating, right from my time during my initial inquiries with them. I got the best advice and storage as per my needs and the support received everyday was second to none. I felt my items were safe and the cleanliness of the establishment was amazing to see everyday. My transition was so smooth and easy. Ellie and Jordan are so transparent, helpful, honest and trust worthy. They are so busy with their day to day chores, maintaining and supervising the infrastructure among other responsibilities, but they always have time to help and support others. Ellie went out if her way to lend me a shredder for my old documents. Jordan helped me whenever I asked his assistance, without hesitation. And Beth who I dealt with a few times was very professional as well. I would definitely recommend the storage team for the exemplary service and safety on site. If I could I would deservedly give more than 5 stars. I highly recommend this business for any storage needs. I reiterate again that their customer service is second to none and consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. There is no time pressure. This is my go to place for my future storage needs and the best and potentially the only one in town. They are not only friendly but also highly skilled. Pricing is fair and transparent, definitely value for money. Efficiency, trust and accessibility are some of the hallmarks of their overall excellent service. GoogleI have been using The Storage Team for a year now after moving my business away from home and into one of their lock ups. The best decision that I have made! From day 1 at viewing the premises with Ellie, I was delighted and overwhelmed with the fabulous customer service and her patience with aiding me to find the perfect sized room. A year later and I still receive this outstanding customer service. Not just from Ellie but from Beth and Jordan too! Nothing is too much trouble; from arranging the meeting room to enable me to manage my employees and down to the interception of my deliveries, of which they kindly put away in my lock up for me. All of the above has helped my little business flourish and has allowed me to expand my team and I shall be eternally grateful to them all. So to the managers that oversee this amazing trio, they are an absolute credit to you and your business. Keep up the good work guys 😊

Absolutely brilliant staff at Meanwood Road, Leeds. They could not have been more helpful. Showed me round the units so I could see the size I needed and explained the booking process clearly. Ideal location for my son's belongings during the university summer break. Very reasonable pricing and lots of extra storage equipment (boxes, bags, tape, etc) if you need them. Will definitely be back next summer.

GoogleI recently moved house and had to put everything into storage at the last minute, and from the initial booking through the website, to interacting with the staff and using the facility, everything was so easy and extremely reasonably priced. All the staff have been friendly and professional, and couldn't have been more helpful. They made an extremely stressful situation so much easier, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I hadn't moved out of the area. The units were very easy to access and clean, and the building was bright and airconditioned, which was great on the hottest days of the year. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleThis seemed the only solution when moving to a different property. I'd googled the Storage Team, but having talked to friends, quite a few of them have used the facility. To me, moving is very stressful. The Team at Worksop are very professional and helpful. Everything was explained and I didn't feel rushed in any way. I found the perfect unit for me and I will be moving my items there very soon. This has taken some of the stress and worry away. Many thanks to the team at Worksop ( there's even a goody bag on signing up ) Highly recommended to all.

GoogleI was very happy with the service I received friendly staff, they help me with what I needed, we did have difficulty with the code for the door but Ellie- Jade at worksop sorted it out for us. The unit was equipped with everything you needed, the storage was what we were looking for, will use again if we ever need storage again. Thank you Sally Tomlinson

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant- a 5* company, and then some! A fair and reasonable price for storing some of our items as we began a house move. Staff onsite were always friendly and the site is clean and easily accessible. I would 100% recommend and would 100% use them again if needed. Our unit was great!

GoogleIt’s a place to store stuff. There’s not too much to say. Except it’s modern, clean, secure, and has a loo if you need it. The meeting room is a nice touch should that be handy. It is easy to access, with trolleys always to hand, and the staff are lovely. If you live nearby and you have too much stuff, then this is for you.

GoogleWow what a great experience from Mike at the call centre to Leah at the warehouse who set everything up for us. Very smooth process from making an enquiry, visiting the site and signing up. Very clear costs and T&C’s. Really clean site too looks brand new even though it’s been open one year! Thanks again Leah you were fabulous!

The team were really helpful, I needed a storage unit last minute and they went out of their way to show me a video of the unit and how to easily access it. They got me registered and with a unit within minutes. Once there, I got into the unit with no issues and I’m happy with how secure they keep it

GoogleKate and Lauren are just so helpful, friendly and know their job. Storage units are indoor and spotlessly clean. Posted this second review. Due to delayed house move, we ended up with a unit for over 6 months. This time was really a difficult time for myself but, the girls Kate & Lauren was always there with a welcome smile, helpful hand and even a matter if needed. The storage site was always clean and tidy, even more with covid 19. Would highly recommend. Refund of unused rental cost returned straight away into bank 2-3days later. Thank you Kate & Lauren for your kindness, help with always a smile on your faces. Take care both of you.xx

I was offered a great price on a storage unit at there Widnes branch. I was told it would be an ongoing price that they gave me. I paid for 12 months storage initially and they confirmed I would pay the initial set price for as long as I kept the unit. However, they have raised the price twice, the second time I rang to complain, so they put it down to my first price increase price. However I am extremely unhappy that the price went up in the first place. They told me that the price for the unit could be rented out for more. When it was offered to me at the ongoing price I was quoted, they were only too happy to take my money as they had several empty units. I feel quite annoyed they have done this and will be removing my belongings as soon as I can!.
