GoogleWow what a great experience from Mike at the call centre to Leah at the warehouse who set everything up for us. Very smooth process from making an enquiry, visiting the site and signing up. Very clear costs and T&C’s. Really clean site too looks brand new even though it’s been open one year! Thanks again Leah you were fabulous!

The team were really helpful, I needed a storage unit last minute and they went out of their way to show me a video of the unit and how to easily access it. They got me registered and with a unit within minutes. Once there, I got into the unit with no issues and I’m happy with how secure they keep it

Whatever you do DO NOT make an enquiry. You will be bombarded for months afterwards with cold calling, emails and WhatsApp. They are a hassle and dont stop

GoogleKate and Lauren are just so helpful, friendly and know their job. Storage units are indoor and spotlessly clean. Posted this second review. Due to delayed house move, we ended up with a unit for over 6 months. This time was really a difficult time for myself but, the girls Kate & Lauren was always there with a welcome smile, helpful hand and even a matter if needed. The storage site was always clean and tidy, even more with covid 19. Would highly recommend. Refund of unused rental cost returned straight away into bank 2-3days later. Thank you Kate & Lauren for your kindness, help with always a smile on your faces. Take care both of you.xx

I was offered a great price on a storage unit at there Widnes branch. I was told it would be an ongoing price that they gave me. I paid for 12 months storage initially and they confirmed I would pay the initial set price for as long as I kept the unit. However, they have raised the price twice, the second time I rang to complain, so they put it down to my first price increase price. However I am extremely unhappy that the price went up in the first place. They told me that the price for the unit could be rented out for more. When it was offered to me at the ongoing price I was quoted, they were only too happy to take my money as they had several empty units. I feel quite annoyed they have done this and will be removing my belongings as soon as I can!.

We unfortunately had to cancel our storage as the buyer for our house pulled out. They were very good and gave us the money back straight away no problem They understand that moving situations can change and do their best to accommodate you.

I was looking for storage to support a house move. The staff, Beth and Holly, were 5 star They were very professional, knowledgeable,patient and never pushy. The facility is clean, easily accessed and secure. I would highly recommend The Storage Team to all.

We have just taken 2 large units at the Winsford branch and the support in getting set up through to any help needed at any time has been outstanding. The facility is fairly new, kept spotlessly clean and has great amenities to support businesses and staff. A bright and vibrant unit with amazing staff to work with.

GoogleGreat facility - clean, secure, easy to access when you need to. They were really flexible with you when your needs change. I would be happy to use again though watch out for the insurance. You will pay for far far far more insurance than you probably need.

GoogleSuperb.....The Storage Team at Worksop are first class, helpful, professional and competitively priced. They have a wide selection of unit choices and as you reduce or increase your Storage needs you can switch units. Ellie and her team are most helpful, always pleasant and welcoming.

GoogleWe were very pleased to find WSS so close to us, just before our move. We have far to much 'stuff' and this was ideal for storing the non essential pieces, which we could deal with after the move. WSS are excellent - very efficient and good value for money in our view. Everything kept spotlessly clean and plenty of access time if required. Highly recommended.

Very easy to book our unit and access (only downside- not 24 hours access) our items remained safe and dry. Would recommend purchasing your padlock elsewhere as they are much cheaper.
