We started with another agent but were unhappy with their service so switched to Martin & Co to help us sell our property approximately three weeks ago. Carly came out to chat to us and list the property and I have to say she is very invested in you as people not just sellers. She is very professional and enthusiastic in her work and Carly and all the team have helped us through what was becoming a stressful time and took all the pressure off and given us buyers which has resulted in us accepting an offer. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish!! From the first day that Kendra came to list our property to completing the sale, we felt that we was in safe hands, and was selling our house through an estate agent that really cared and was very professional. Miranda was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed her advice and guided us through the whole process, nothing was ever too much trouble. Would really recommend using Martin & Co. Our house was only up for sale for about 10 days. We have been with Martin & Co for about a year now and they have looked after our properties and tenants very well. Of course being a landlord isn’t always a bed of roses and problems often occur but the team especially Jessica has always been there to sort it out for us and update us with very detailed reports.
