The whole team at Burrell’s have been outstanding. We had a house sale that needed dealing with under difficult circumstances, and the team went above and beyond for my father and I. Paul deserves a special mention for his compassion and empathy, as well as his expertise and competence. Lindy and Danielle also deserve a special mention for their kindness shown, especially to my father, and their professionalism, fortitude and helpfulness throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Burrell’s Estate agency and the team to anyone. Thank you so much

I would not trust a word that this branch tells you. We put an offer in on an empty house and i made it quite clear that we wanted the house no matter what. I was told and promised that if anyone showed any interest in the house that we would be the first to hear back. We then went on holiday for 2 weeks and half way through the holiday i get a phone call to be told that the house has been sold. Apparently because it was in the sellers best interest. What happened to PROMISE.

We are very sorry you feel this way, however, we felt we dealt with the situation appropriately. We did inform you before you saw it through online portals. As we explained a cash buyer viewed the property and offered straight away and we were obligated to inform the vendor. As you know you weren't in a position to proceed, the vendor made the decision and they accepted the offer at that point. We completely understand you find this very frustrating, we did inform you at the earliest opportunity. If you still feel that you weren't treated fairly then please feel free to pop into the office and we can explain fully.

But, I completely understand why you are disappointed with the decision. We are sorry we were unable to complete the transaction, however we do have to follow the vendors instructions.
