Burrells Estate Agents were great from start to finish, Their sales and marketing team are excellent in their approach, friendly and accommodating ensuring the house was shown to its full potential. Alicia, in their progress team, kept my sanity when things didn't go exactly as planned and ensured we were updated at all times and our solicitors were doing what they needed to keep things moving forward. Would highly recommend them and have already done so to family and neighbours

Selling my home was a major decision and I am very happy with the service that I received. My estate agents Burrells were always available to answer questions, provide updates, and offer guidance.. They marketed my property beautifully and sold it very quickly. I have been supported every step of the way staff are both kind and patient. I can recommend Burrells as they are a great team.

Burrells were always available to answer any questions we had. Their communication was excellent and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. Someone was always available to talk to and nothing ever seemed too much for them. Alicia in particular was amazing from start to finish and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Thank you so so much for helping us buy our dream home we’ll be forever grateful.

We recently sold our house through Burrells and the whole experience was amazing throughout. It was thorough, everything was explained by Jordan when coming to value our property. Communication from Alicia once the property was on the market was second to none and then once the property had sold Alicia kept emailing with regular updates. There wasn’t one occasion where I had to chase them for an update. We also used Paul for our mortage and he was amazing! He was really thorough and ensured we got the best deal going! I love that Burrells is a small family run business! Again thank you for a really smooth sale. I would 100% recommend to friends and family and will ALWAYS use them again in the future!

I would like to thank Paul for making the sale of my property possible in such a short time frame in a challenging market. Alicia Twitty has been fantastic throughout the whole process keeping me updated whilst keeping the sale progressing. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and will use them in the future for my next ventures in the world of property.

What can I say about this incredible team. We have just moved into our dream home and the girls were just so supportive & nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a slight hiccup with solicitors way down the chain & the girls & Lindy worked tirelessly to get it sorted for us. Even our buyer has said that we had an amazing estate agent & if she ever decided to move, Burrells would be her first port of call. Thank you so much Lindy, Alicia, Lis, Amy, Lucy for your constant support, guidance and your commitment to getting us our fabulous house, you're all just amazing x

I cannot recommend Burrells Estate Agents enough. Lucy was absolutely fantastic, so understanding and helpful. My house was photographed on the Friday and SOLD Subject to Contract by the Monday lunch time. No problems and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you Lucy and the Team.

I would like to thank the team at Burrells for the work they put in to sell my property within 4 hours of being on the market! We have used Burrell’s in the past and couldn’t recommend them enough! I would also like to thank Paul & his team at Sherwood mortgages for gaining us the mortgage for our dream house. This is the second time we have used Burrell’s and they have provided an excellent service on both occasions. Thanks again, Scott, Emily & Addison

I can’t fault the service! 3 months ago I called just to enquire about how I get a mortgage, not thinking that I’d be the position to actually buy. 3 months later, with the help of Paul and team I’m a week away from completion. I cannot thank them enough, would highly recommend and will use again in future. Thank you, Burrell’s!!!

Want to say a massive thank you to Burrells. Yet again the service we have received during the sale process has been exceptional. Everything has been so easy from our side and as stress free as possible knowing all dealings are in very capable hands. We will always use Burrells and happy to recommend them to others. Thanks to all the team 😀

First class service from all the team at Burrells. We had previously tried the "pay up front" estate agents- big mistake, no service and very little input or customer care and seemingly no interest in selling our home. Complete opposite with Burrell's, got everything spot on and worth every penny, cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and friendliness. Would highly recommend- their walkthrough and photos are simply the best!

Lianne, Paul and Rachel were fantastic at sorting everything else one would need to purchase a house. Thank you to all involved!
