GoogleTo meet the strict requirements of a Housing Association, we needed an independent RICS Registered Valuer to establish Market Value of our shared ownership home. We instructed Nick Millinchip of Phipps & Pritchard in Stourport, and no explanation was needed. He understood the whole process and finalised our report within 3 days of inspection at a competitive fee. Very impressed.

I phoned this estate agents on Tuesday 11 April to ask about viewing a house for sale.
Thank you so much for taking the time to highlight the commentary. As the Partner in charge of Kidderminster I take all correspondence seriously as we pride ourselves on good customer service. I can see that initially you contacted our Bridgnorth Office to arrange a viewing in Highley for the Friday 14th April. Our Bridgnorth office arranged this for 3pm. On the day you were attending the above, you rang Kidderminster Office to state you were at Stourbridge Road and our rep was not there. Our Bridgnorth office confirm that they only arranged a viewing at the Highley property. I can see from our phone records that you had called Kidderminster and were advised that we could try and arrange a viewing however the property was empty and a rep had to be present. Whilst we could not get one their immediately we did offer alternative times for you. You declined as you had back to back appointments. Should you wish to call in and review the call recording with me or indeed wish to sit down with me and discuss further I am more than happy to assist. Appalling customer communication and processes for property management. Ineffective! Needs improved IT processes so that works arranged on a rotational basis is adhered too. Currently these processes are not in place and result in increased customer expenditure when these processes fail. Not a good property management company .
