The process of selling our late parent's property was lengthy, and there were some legal complications, but Terri was always calm, steady and positive. It was reassuring to know she was available at the end of the phone, always cheerful, and managing to liaise throughout with all the various parties involved. We got there in the end! Thank you to Terri and all at the Kidderminster office.

Ah, what an experience! From the get go everything has been spot on! Cam is an absolute pleasure to speak to and nothing ever seems too much. The communication is clear, the responses come fast, and I’ve been kept in the loop the entire process. And nothing beats speaking to someone that you know will always meet you with a smile and talk to you like the human you are, no ‘robotic’ responses from anyone we’ve had to speak to, everyone has just been so warm and welcoming! We look forward to this new tenancy with having Phipps & Pritchard on board, we know we are already in great hands! ☺️

He was very friendly and courteous and we decided to use Phipps & Pritchard as agents for the house sale. Halenka and Julie kept us fully informed during the whole process and the house sale went through very quickly. We were delighted with the outcome. Thank you all for all your help and support!

We viewed a property through them and had an agreement in principle accepted, which they confirmed in an email while we awaited the sale of our own property. We understand that this was an agreement in principle, and if another offer came in that could proceed, the property could be sold.

GoogleWe've just enjoyed a first-class house sale experience with Phipps and Pritchard's team in the Stourport office. From the very beginning of the process, after we had selected them to do the job again for us, Nick Millinchip's great experience came to the fore. We had moved to Kidderminster many years ago with P&P, under the expert guidance of Chris Smith and now Nick took up the challenge in a difficult market. His advice and guidance was accurate and byexemplary. The support given to us on a day to day basis by Julie Reynolds was also outstanding, with not a foot put wrong. Altogether a successful and enjoyable experience, if a house move can be enjoyable. It's very easy to recommend them to anyone.

GoogleNick and his team.provided a really excellent service in helping us sell our late parents' house. Although, for various reasons, we made a judgment call to sell at auction, we were guided seamless through the process at every stage and, only 8 weeks from instruction, the property sold at the reserve. The marketing was very strong and, we felt good value for the fee. We could have gone to auction via another route but P and P regularly hold their own auctions and are clearly very professional and experienced. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe instructed Phipps & Pritchard to deal with the sale of my late Father’s house, for which I was Executor. We dealt with Nick Millinchip, an experienced Chartered Surveyor, based at the Stourport office. We trusted Nick’s advice to put the house for sale by public auction rather than an online auction. This trust was fully repaid when the property was placed for sale by public auction in a live sale at Stone Manor, with a guide price of £145,000, yet incredibly , actually achieved a hammer price of £212,000. Therefore I would simply say that having also sold other homes under the same circumstances as an Executor, but using different agents,Phipps and Pritchard Stourport exceeded my expectations and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone

GoogleIt was 42 years ago we first used Phipps and Pritchard in Stourport to buy our house so we decided we would, on selling it, use them again. Since first contacting them and meeting with Nick, they have provided us with absolute 5* service. During this period my Mum sadly passed away and we asked if they would also deal with the sale of her property. We can not praise their staff enough. Our main dealings were with Julie who is wonderful; so professional and efficient, also Halenka who was always at the other end of the phone with her help and support whenever we needed questions answered. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic they maintained an exceptional high level of efficiency. We would certainly recommend Phipps and Pritchard in Stourport. Many, many thanks to Nick, Julie, Halenka and the team, your time and assistance has been very much appreciated.

GoogleSuperb local Estate Agent who If you live in Wyre Forest and want to sell or buy a new home, you will find hard to beat. We recently completed on our new home after over a year on the market. We decided to go to Phipps and Pritchard after nine months of wasted time with a well know national and a local Agent. Phipps and Pritchard will 1. Provide an accurate valuation 2. Provide excellent photos and descriptions 3. Not waste your time with unrealistic viewings 4. Most important to us was the support given during the conveyancing phase. Very professional and highly recommended.
