FacebookAwful experience I would never ever use this estate agents again charged for a call out that wasn’t even our fault , tried to complain 3 times to be told there no one higher then the manager at the St. John’s branch , told to open window to deal with damp , during the snow in January, one staff member called Catherine has no idea what’s she’s doing , rushed through a call out to do with water issue because there was no problem we were charged , will not be leaving this matter here the house has extremely poor damp issue , pictures to follow will be going to the paper and have evidence that we weren’t allowed to complain to anyone other then the shop manager , avoid dealing with Catherine she will cost you money
As you are aware, we are the Letting and Management Agent for our client (The Landlord) of a property which you (The Tenant) rent. If a Tenant raises an issue with a property that we Let and Manage, we will always inform the Landlord as we did on this occasion hopefully to bring about a satisfactory conclusion. If you are in any doubt about this matter, we would advise you to seek independent legal advice as we act for the Landlord.

This is my first sale so only have this experience to write about. From the off everyone from Parkinson-Wright have been professional, courteous and helpful. Also they are not unwilling to listen to the seller as they understand the area have lived in. We sold our house for more than expected so we are over the moon. If I’m honest there really is only one way to review and that is to ask the question ‘Would I use them again in the future?’ And the answer is a resounding yes as the house was sold in 7 days.
Wow! What a lovely review, thank you so much Chris. It was a pleasure assisting you with the sale of your property. Wishing you all the best, from all at QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright Estate Agents.

Kind, helpful, patient, friendly service, Nothing was too much trouble, you kept in touch with me and rang back quickly if you said you would. I have moved many times over the last forty years and have never encounter such excellent estate agent service before. This purchase took a long time and I would have given up months ago without your wonderful support., so you did an excellent job for the vendors of the property as well as for myself. Many many thanks..

I have recently used QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright Estate Agents to sell my first home. Having never sold a property before their expertise and patience was invaluable and the whole experience was a really positive one. I would highly recommend them as an agent as their customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond my expectations. I would not consider using any other agent in the future. Thanks for all your help.

View AgentsFaultless service from start to finish
I can't rate the team highly enough. They valued the property appropriately for the market at the time (a better result than some competitors suggested). Within a week and a half after lots of well organised viewings a buyer was found. They even supported some follow up viewings under challenging circumstances with social distancing in place. The associated solicitors were also prompt and helpful. Highly recommended.
Dear Nic Thank you for your review. Best wishes with your relocation. Jane

Asked this agent to sell 2 properties for me. The first has just completed. P/W worked hard to get this property completed and the second on its way. Even thought there were some hiccups on the way they enabled a successful end result and kept me informed every inch of the way. I do not see that they could do any more than they did for me.
Thank you for your review, we are thrilled to have been able to assist and look forward to working with you in the future.

Helpful and understanding. As a complicated buyer trying to find the right mortgage, and having the rug pulled out from under me on the first agreement in principle, this estate agent was able to convey patience and understanding towards both me and the Vendor, enabling me to look at a second provider - resulting in a successful completion today I can highly recommend this estate agency!
Dear Ian Thank you for your kind review. We hope you will be very happy in your new home and please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance in the future. Kindest regards The team at QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright Estate Agents

By far the best Estate agents in the Worcester and Malvern area. We looked round 2 properties through them (1 which we purchased) and both viewings were brilliant as they knew a lot about the properties and didn't rush you. They were also great with communicating with us when we were going through the buying process. I would highly recommend QualitySolicitors Parkinson Wright!
Thank you for your lovely review Katie. It was a pleasure helping you find your new home and we hope you will be very happy there! Wishing you both all the best for the future.

GoogleThe estate agency staff are excellent . But there other services especially probate etc and never would I suggest you give power of attorney . They put my aging mother and all the family through hell . Caused major family disputes and isolated mother from a very loving family . Steer well clear .
