Caitlin has got to be THE BEST estate agent out there. Although our offer has not been accepted, I cannot stress enough how fantastic she is. She was knowledgeable about the property and communicated effectively and efficiently - to the point it was the first thing my husband said when I asked him how the viewing went! Were the letting agents for a flat I rented. Bounced between Laura and Katherine during my time. A professional service and amenable to ensure they could accommodate when necessary to ensure I was present for inspections. As with any change over there were teething problems but I was always treated with respect and the team friendly. My main feedback would be that at times written communication can feel very direct and formal compared to face to face or over the phone; however this is likely due to the legal side of the business ensuring they’re covered.

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. I wanted to view a probate property and my viewing was delayed by nine days, despite my repeated requests. Throughout the process I felt that unnecessary hurdles were constantly put in my way, and the property was eventually sold for less than I was prepared to pay. Because of the way everything was handled, I have asked the Property Ombudsman to investigate my concerns. To make matters worse, after spending the morning returning missed calls from various estate agents about other properties, I noticed I had also missed a call from this office. When I rang back, the person who answered was rude and abruptly hung up on me. Good customer service costs nothing, and there is simply no excuse for treating potential buyers in this way. My experience has left me with no confidence in this company, and I would not recommend them.
