GoogleTeam Purple Cactus ( Colin and Patrick) has done a excellent job in ensuring my stay and directed in the right direction in every step with smile. Really need to appreciate the work done as I landed with bags on their necks. They ensured I do have a place and then they left for the day.

GoogleDefinitely wouldn’t recommend this to any students, I would probably opt to go to a private landlord as Purple Cactus and Colin especially are unreliable. I’m pretty sure most of the reviews on here are fake. Please consider everything before moving into a new accommodation and don’t go for an agent like Purple Cactus because it’s convenient. Me and my friends have had too many complaints about Purple Cactus. Definitely not worth the stress and hassle

GooglePurple Cactus went above and beyond whenever called upon and gave me confidence where others have not in the past. Quick to respond, professional and sympathetic. My Boiler broke down in Freezing conditions - I had 2 electric heaters delivered the same day and was reimbursed with money to pay for the extra electricity. Boiler fixed the next day!

GoogleBeyond useless and unprofessional in every possible way. They were incompetent throughout the tenancy and now my tenancy has ended nearly four months ago and I still haven’t got my deposit back. Avoid.

GoogleThey were very friendly at first, but had to triple check my contract, as they kept changing stuff that we have agreed upon. After receiving the money, they became essentially useless, and stopped communicating. Cant recommend. Just try to go with private landlord and not these agencies.

GoogleGreat service from Colin when needed a room, since living in one of his properties for a year now whenever an issue arises its quickly resolved whatever time of day. Locked myself out of my room on a Saturday evening quite late and he was more than happy to assist to get access at these times. Great company.
