They listened to our needs and requirements and found us a buyer within the first week of the house being marketed. They followed us all along the journey towards completion, keeping us informed at each of the various stages of the sale, liaising with solicitors as required. Most importantly they pushed the sale forwards with regular chasers and updates on how the sale was progressing from the seller's solicitors. We often found out about news through the estate agents before we heard through our solicitors. We were able to get prompt responses to our emails or calls.

GoogleFrom previous experience of using other estate agents and being repeatedly made promises of ‘we will do it better than the rest’ and then ending up with the same miserable experience that we had hoped to avoid, I have to say that I had begun to tar them all with the same brush.
