GoogleMy wife and I were completely new in the UK and we can't praise this agency enough. Within a day of our arrival, Emily helped us navigate through the complicated system of UK renting and has always been responsive, friendly and helpful. I can't imagine how difficult the process would have been without some guidance like the one we received. 5 star service.

GoogleAfter experiencing some very bad situations, I did not expect the support and warmth I got from this agency. Oliver is always smiling, quick to return calls, very interactive. In all he did a good job in helping me secure an accommodation and I appreciate that.

GoogleI have been stuck trying to sell my house for 10 months now. I went with one estate agent, then brought in another. They were extremely ineffective and had very few people in for viewing across the whole time. A friend recommended Move to me and I decided to drop the other two agents, after ten months of very little effort, it seemed. My house went on the market with Move last week. They sold it today. They put in so much effort to get those initial viewings - called potential buyers, created a very targeted description of the house and brought in fresh and interesting photographs. Within two days of the house going back on the market with Move, I had three viewings booked in - the most that had happened in months. At every step of the way, I have been kept up-to-date, through email, phone call and text. I'm not reachable at work unless via text and Move, Zoe in particular has been tireless, have been really respectful of that, and has updated me via email and text and I've called when I can. I cannot fault their dedication, professionalism, enthusiasm and directness. It's this honesty and actually delivering on their promises that I cannot recommend enough. Huge thanks to Move for making this happen - I really wish I had gone with them from the start.

GoogleOliver was really efficient whilst me and my partner went through the referencing and admin processes. The whole process only took 2 weeks. He's also super friendly and even sorted us a little moving in gift box. Thanks for everything 😊 …

GoogleSteve and Ollie were absolutely fantastic in helping me and my partner secure our new rented property. Always on hand to answer questions and promptly returned calls. Really helped us through the process as first time renters and couldn’t recommend them enough

GoogleOli's proactive, cheerful and positive manner was crucial to getting a property rented in 48hrs. His experience and knowledge of the market is fantastic, enabling him to advise on the best course of action when preparing the property and he provided great advice on suitable contractors to use. He provided clear communications throughout. A very good all-round service.

FacebookI cannot thank Easy Move enough for their help with our house move. They 'came to the rescue' at fairly short notice, and totally saved the day. We couldn't have done it without them. They worked so hard, in really hot weather. Great guys....friendly, chatty and totally professional. If you want excellent service at a reasonable cost, definitely call Pete at Easy Move Worcester.

GoogleThe value of this sort of service company is in its people, Oliver Svehlik, great guy extremely professional balancing the interests of both the landlord and the renter (me) to ensure that the deal is done to everyone's satisfaction. And then after the deal is done, he is still happy to give his time to people like me who have a multitude of questions and queries. Extremely accommodation and exceptionally professional. Highly recommended, give him a call, you wont be disappointed.
