We had some major issues throughout September and October concerning fixtures of a flat managed by Knight Frank. The property maintenance manager, Shantel Sikanartey, promptly stepped in, took control of the correspondence, liaised with the Body Corporate, organised the extensive repairs and required purchases, correspondence with the tenants and kept us appraised of the process. We are very appreciative of Shantel's very hard work and support over an extended period of time and could not think of a better person to have managed this difficult experience for us. We are very grateful for Shantel's experience and dedicated support. Shantel was fantastic.

We had a brilliant experience with Knight Frank! Fiennes McCulloch helped us through buying our first house amazingly! What could have been a stressful experience was very smooth and felt very easy! I know Fiennes did a lot behind the scenes to keep the vendor happy when our mortgage took a while to come through, which we are so grateful for. Would highly recommend going to Knight Frank, thanks to Fiennes we had a great experience, he helped us through each stage and made sure we understood everything without stress!! Thank you Fiennes!!!
