GoogleWhen reviewing the issue raised you noticed that I had given other 1 star reviews, yes that’s correct well done you obviously understand that if you give a one star service then that’s what you’ll receive unfortunately other companies do deserve the one star reviews such as your selfs. Please do contact me directly however if you’d like to discuss this matter further I’d be more than happy to explain and help you improve on your customer service skills. Have a lovely day Generally not impressed with the service, threatening phone calls from hysterical employees who had clearly been spun a web of lies from other agents within the chain. Halls spoilt the purchase of our dream home in the end! So much so my husband refused to collect the keys from the office. You will receive unnecessary phone calls only to receive another call 20 minutes later stating to ignore previous conversation. Be aware they like to have a ''frank and honest conversation with the buyers, the sellers will be pulling out today if they don’t get what they want it’s what we have advised them to do'' this was done to us on a Friday afternoon at 3pm!! Totally unprofessional. I will never recommend Halls in fact I will go out of my way to spread how bad they are to everyone I meet. Please avoid using halls

GoogleThis is the second time Halls have organised a sale and purchase on my behalf and I found them to be efficient and expert, from the valuation by Alex to arranging of viewers by Margaret and the team in the office. We were in a chain of six with all the problems that produced, with buyers dropping out delayed surveys etc etc. all managed with kindly concern which alleviated the stress on my wife and myself, over a Six month time span leading up to Christmas ! GoogleFantastic and friendly service throughout the process of renting out my property under full management. I would recommend Halls Shrewsbury to anyone who is looking for assistance in getting a property prepared for rental and then finding tenants. They were highly professional and explained what needed to be done, which really helped because I had no real idea as to what was involved. They have communicated with me throughout the process, from providing gardeners, electricians, cleaners etc. Overall I am very satisfied with the service.

GoogleOrganised a house viewing and after sitting outside the property and two phone calls later to only be told they thought they canceled the viewing as someone had put an offer in. Which I believe is a lie as the property is still on the market a week later. Only positive outcome of this is we know we won't be using Halls to sell our home as they may forget about potential buyers for us.

All of the staff are a joy to deal with and they continuously went out of their way to keep us informed during our sale and to help us find our new home. GoogleNot good . Missed to purchase our ideal piece of land because after ringing several times & being told there is nobody familiar with the details in the office. On one occasion I was told to ring back FIVE days later to speak to some one who new the particulars. Very poor.

GoogleRented a property off Halls for 9 years and they remained consistent with their service throughout. If any issues came up, they were addressed quickly. On leaving the property, they kept me up to date with what was going on and my deposit was returned promptly with no issues.

The call back when it came was approx 8.30 as she was in her car driving somewhat abrupt and that I should know her - property no longer available but would keep my details on file. GoogleWe bought through Halls. Whilst you can't help but deal with the agent chosen by the seller, the team were not proactive in their communication and were actually dismissive when we expressed our initial interest. Did nothing to improve the reputation of estate agents in our eyes. The premises are light and airy, and they're clean and tidy.
