GoogleInitial handling was very good. However when complications arose, the standard of contact diminished. On completion day, we were informed we would be met at the new address with the keys being delivered by andrew grant in person. However, we completed at 3.15 and had to wait until 4.30 for the key to be dropped off by an employee of andrew grant as he was out with his grandchildren in bridgenorth for the afternoon. Totally unprofessional and not a satisfactory conclusion to a very stressful day!

We are pleased that you were happy with our initial handling of the purchase process but naturally sorry and concerned that you were ultimately unhappy at the conclusion. As we tried to explain to you during your call to us prior to lodging this review, we have no control over the precise timing of when a completion will take place. This is in the hands of the vendor’s lawyers, the buyer’s lawyers and the buyer’s lender (where there is one). In the event, you will recall that there were a number of issues that confronted the lawyers and that the exchange date was also delayed by your last minute request for a plumbing inspection of the property before agreeing to finalise. This was carried out at the vendors expense and a dripping tap was fixed along with a couple of other minor issues. Consequently, the completion date was even more uncertain than usual and when it did go through our key holder was on a half day off with his family. Nevertheless, he interrupted this time off and drove forty-five minutes at very short notice to deliver your key. We are sorry you consider this unprofessional and we really hesitate to be defensive, however we are not sure that we could have done more under the circumstances.

GoogleRecently let a property via William at Andrew Grant. Tenants were sourced and processed quickly taking away all the hassle for the landlord. Regular contact from Will and a highly efficient service. Recommended.

GoogleWe recently used the Andrew Grant for marketing our property for Lettings. They were really good at getting initial interest in our property on both occasions. The whole process was smooth and Andrew Grant managed all of the viewings from start to finish and providing us with feedback from all viewings and details of interested parties so that we could review. We do feel that they could improve in making sure the interested parties are aware of the property capability/suiting to ensure that the property would suit their needs. Vetting financially was amazing and pretty quick once we had chosen the new tenant.

GoogleI dealt with Andrew Grant during a house purchase; I found the team to be very supportive and friendly. Particularly during a very stressful simultaneous/exchange - the team tried everything in their power to mitigate our worries and ensure we completed on time. Louise and Karen dealt with me as customer liaisons. The only thing I found unusual was the deposit you must pay in order to secure your offer. I haven't found many estate agents who would do this. However, you do get this deposit back upon completion.

GoogleWe deal with the Worcester team on the letting side , Sharon and Will. The two are particularly responsive and helpful. Wills knowledge on the potential changing renting legislation is particularly impressive whilst Sharon takes great pride in dealing with urgent matters such as repairs in a very timely manner. I extend this compliment to the sub-contract company too, who prepared the EPC and marketing material. You can see why Andrew Grant have been a presence in the Worcester housing market for so long. GoogleFrom the start of the process, Andrew Grant have been superb with every aspect. We received a swift call-back from Karla about a property we had enquired about, were booked in to view it the next day, and within 2 days of viewing we had our referencing completed by the team (and the keys to the property shortly after that!) Karla communicated everything with us at every step of the process, both with emails and quick phone calls to keep us in the loop. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her kind nature made us feel valued. Karla and Will are superstars and we are grateful to have had such lovely agents helping us with our new home.

GoogleCame across Andrew Grant on the internet and engaged them with my house search after couples of viewing the landlord accepted and agreed to lend. Kathrine was wonderful she never gave up on me she kept the contract with me and the landlord.
