From the moment we instructed Andrew Grant we knew we’d made the right choice. Scott came to our house for valuation and within a few weeks we were on the market. The photos were exceptional and really captured the heart of our home and what it offered perspective buyers. From then on it was Guy and Scott who conducted a series of viewings and offers were made. Guy and Scott were both knowledgeable, professional and really showed our home off to its best. We accepted an offer and whilst the conveyance process took a while (due to the local councils involvement) we moved 7 months later. Whilst the process was at times quite stressful it was made much easier by the brilliant Tonia Millard. Tonia was always there as a helping hand and sounding board to guide us through and reassure us that we would get there and she was absolutely right. She works very hard coordinating everyone, liaising with all to make it all happen. Throughout the process she was wonderful. She is a credit to the team. Thank you to all at Andrew Grant. You lived up to our expectations.

Samuel has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He helped us view a house and was incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question we had properly and honestly. He then came out to value our own house, and I have to say, every time he has promised to do something, he has done it. That alone is a breath of fresh air compared to what you often experience in this industry. When the time comes for us to sell our house, wherever Samuel is, he will be the person selling it. Being first time buyers it can be quite daunting purchasing your first home but everyone at Andrew Grant made the whole process seem a lot less scary. My partner phoned about a rental property the day it went live on Rightmove & was told to go online & fill out a form to register our interest which we did. We then heard nothing, no contact from anyone so my partner chased it up to then be told they were fully booked for viewings. Feeling incredibly disappointed, I followed it up with an email & the following day spoke to a lady on the phone. I was told they would send me a 360 tour via email of the property & if we liked it we could then request to view it in person. We both received a video of a totally different property. Unsurprisingly, after being given the runaround, the property was no longer available. We were both so upset to not even have the opportunity to view it in person.
