GoogleWill recently helped me with a letting. Honestly it was a piece of cake beginning to end. Very speedy with email replies and our turnaround between tenants was only a few days in the end which was phenomenal meaning next to no lost rent.
I know the market is quite buoyant but nonetheless we had plenty of viewings, all efficiently and quickly carried out and the winning tenants so far are great.

She had huge empathy & patience with his individual needs. She did not rush him or pressurise him. He was highly impressed with how much time she gave him despite the appointment running late in to the evening.

GoogleSelling your home is one of the most stressful times of your life as well all know and when you have a property that is unusual that can add to the challenges. Andrew Grant however were by my our side every step of the way. We have truly had a team experience of fantastic dedicated individuals. Initially, Jo Black lead the video and marketing of the property, Co-ordinating the viewing drive at our home. The contact we received from Jo was detailed, professional but above all friendly and constant. Even when we had sold, Jo constantly checked in with me to make sure we were happy, real pleasure to work with. We had several viewings mainly led by Sue who was interested in all the period details at our home making the viewings very dynamic. We felt Sue had really grasped how unique our home was and presented it with real care and enthusiasm. It took a while to sell our home which we were prepared for but the team remained focused throughout the journey. Once sold we then mainly dealt with Louise. Louise stepped our experience of AG onto another level. Our buyers wanted to move in quickly and we decided on a pre Christmas exchange, we never thought we would realistically managed to complete as well. Louise was on the phone with me daily, not only that several times a day. She Co ordinated both sides with incredible professionalism and really pushed the Solicitors daily. Without Louise I genuinely don’t think we would have completed with such ease. She alone reduced my stress levels when hitting some bumps in the journey and helped guide me every step of the way, always making me feel like nothing was too much trouble. The whole team at AG were truly fantastic. I would recommend working with team 100% and will only use them in the future. I wish the whole team a fabulous Christmas and huge thanks from my family.

GoogleWe have just completed both a sale and a purchase with Andrew Grants and the whole team has been excellent. Justin was dealing with our sale and George our purchase and they’ve been great, even when our first purchase fell through because the vendor changed their mind about selling.
So our home-moving adventure hasn’t been straightforward but they both have excellent support teams in the background (the unsung heroes) who have been great in keeping things moving forward and we’ve felt supported along the way. They have always been available - even out of hours and when on holiday - and have definitely gone the extra mile. The support and infrastructure is what sets them apart in my view but there is no doubt they know the market and area really well. They are thoroughly professional.
We’ve used them previously and recommended Andrew Grants to our friends (who have all been delighted) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an agent.
