5 stars! From our initial conversation with Paul, who came to value our apartment, it was clear Allan Morris were the right team to manage the sale. Not only did they have real expertise in selling similar properties in the area but the whole team were knowledgeable, efficient, personable and incredibly helpful at every stage of what turned out to be a very lengthy process. I was reassured at every stage from viewings (from which we received feedback straight away) and throughout some of the sticky patches that came with selling a leasehold property. Beth, senior sales negotiator, was always responsive and available, by email or phone. The team also went over and above with helping us with some additional requirements we had as well as keeping us informed throughout the process. 100% recommend and would have no hesitation is using Allan Morris again.
