GoogleThe team at Allan Morris Worcester were definitely 5 Star. They were always responsive, very supportive and knowledgeable as they guided us through the whole process of selling and buying which at times was stressful. Their negotiations achieved a fair price for our house and they found us the perfect bungalow that had everything we had asked for. A very big thank you to all of them

GoogleAll of the staff at Allan Morris were amazing when we were buying our home. We only wished we had used them on our sale too! The stark difference in customer service was undeniable - Beth Holliday in particular was fantastic at progressing our purchase, and she even stepped in to chase on our sale when needed too. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when Beth was on annual leave she made sure we were covered, and we had assistance from Emily to see us through to completion. Good customer service is so hard to come by these days, but not at Allan Morris! We cannot thank Beth, Emily, Libby, and the rest of the team for their help and support throughout what can be a very stressful time!

GoogleIn this day and age "customer service" is an oxymoron just like naval intelligence in previous generations. But Alan Morris has turned the clock back and when you are selling a primary asset in a difficult market, you want the best. We came by Alan Morris when we purchased the property and they did an excellent job for the seller, we also noted that based on our non scientific study they had the most for sale signs in the area. It worked for us as our first people encounter was with the director Helen, who was very professional and very experienced with our market place. In short order she ascertained our goals, there were lengthy discussions on pricing and marketing strategies, followed by brochures and a for sale sign. Within two weeks we had two viewings which resulted in a full asking price offer. (Subsequently reduced by less than 1% to accomodate a buyer further down the chain). Having done her job, Helen exited stage left to be replaced by the Army equivalent of an NCO. These are the people in the trenches who bring the battle plan to fruition. The devil is in the detail and Beth is A1 in her role. Over the last three months she has nursed this transaction through all its ups and downs that comes from a four property/ five people chain. The service we received was excellent from the initial valuation which was carried out with good knowledge of the local market, giving an honest and accurate valuation. The sales team always kept us informed of upcoming viewings and they always provided feedback follow the viewing which was very useful. I must say a special thank you to Beth in the post-sale progressor team. It makes you realise how important this role is to keep the sale moving through the complicated legal process in the most efficient way. I had regular communications with Beth and I always received instant informative responses which is very refreshing. She has done a fantastic job with a smile. GoogleHaving recently completed the sale of my residential property, I cannot recommend the staff and services of the Worcester branch of Allan Morris highly enough. Their charges were competitive, their approach professional and even during the recent challenging market conditions, I was never, ever pressured to reduce the asking price in a bid to shift the property and/or bolster their sales figures - and it was this approach that ultimately proved to be successful. Paul Jones and his team were friendly, helpful and approachable at all times, with Paul in particular being on hand to share his considerable knowledge and experience with me whenever I needed it. Beth Holliday was also excellent in her role as she smoothed the way and navigated the final weeks of the sale process, in fact, the best way I can sum up is to say that on so many occasions I was made to feel that I must have been their only client, such was the excellent service I received. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them, and should the need arise in the future, I would welcome the opportunity to engage their services and work with them again.
