Google5 stars! From our initial conversation with Paul, who came to value our apartment, it was clear Allan Morris were the right team to manage the sale. Not only did they have real expertise in selling similar properties in the area but the whole team were knowledgeable, efficient, personable and incredibly helpful at every stage of what turned out to be a very lengthy process. I was reassured at every stage from viewings (from which we received feedback straight away) and throughout some of the sticky patches that came with selling a leasehold property. Beth, senior sales negotiator, was always responsive and available, by email or phone. The team also went over and above with helping us with some additional requirements we had as well as keeping us informed throughout the process. 100% recommend and would have no hesitation is using Allan Morris again. Thank you again.

GoogleI have to say that I am so happy with the service I’ve received from Allan Morris, specifically Beth Holliday! Beth Holliday has been my Sale Progressor for the purchase of my first home. I was in a situation where I needed the purchase to go through quickly otherwise it would have caused a lot difficulty with my living situation. This situation made the purchase quite stressful because I had the constant pressure of time ticking away and the uncertainty made me quite anxious! However, Beth was so on top of things for me, she always replied to my emails right away and would go above and beyond to provide me with as much information as she could source, to help ease my mind! Today we exchanged and I complete on Thursday, we managed to go through the whole experience in only 10 weeks! I’m very grateful to Beth for her help in making this happen. I have also had nothing but lovely experiences with the other staff at Allan Morris on my viewings of the property. Very happy!
