GoogleReally great experience! I was provided with all info on the development by Sarah Rexhepi who was great and took the time to explain the Dock 28 site as well as give a tour of the site including viewing of the flats on offer. Highly recommend the development & speaking to Sarah for more info!

GoogleDont buy from this developer. If you have a problem, they wont fix. Dont be fooled by warranties, they will have every trick to get out of it Response to Fairview - Have spoken to Fairviews Daren Webster many times about the issues, he has tried to sweep all of the problems under the rug.

GoogleWould not recommend buying anything from Fairview. They dont honour builders warranty, the NHBC might as well work for Fairview also no help at all. Bewarned!
