My partner and I have been dealing with Hoss for our first home. From a sales perspective it’s a 5/5 stars from us. We are still in the process of working through the admin with our first home and will see how the rest of the handling with Fairview goes. Our feedback on Hoss is that he’s been very helpful in our meetings and supportive in trying to find different ways to help with our decisions. We appreciated his advice throughout the process. Hoss Eddin is really a star; he is very friendly, honest and informative. Buying a house is always a painful and daunting process. My partner and I recently moved into our new flat at Dock 28 and are really happy with it. The development has some lovely green spaces and there are a few nice parks nearby as well as the Thames Path, which is great seeing as we have a baby. The residents in the building are also really friendly. Hoss on the sales team was very knowledgeable and we found the post-closing team to be responsive and efficient at fixing some minor snags with the flat after we moved in. Overall really happy!

Unfortunately cannot be more disappointed with customer service here. I called to enquirer about an appointment as I hadn’t received any confirmation. The lady/ receptionist answered stating I am not on her list and she is very busy with launching day. I asked her how she could confirm I wasn't on her list as she didn’t ask me anything about my name or who’s name the appointment was in etc.. she then rushed to say she will call back and hanged up before I could continue.

Very disappointed with the Doc28 sales team. We had multiple discussions about a specific price for a property, including parking and fees. However, upon arriving to finalise the purchase, they denied the agreed-upon price and claimed additional charges. This wasted our time and caused frustration. There seems to be a lack of communication within the sales team, leading to confusion and unprofessional experiences for potential buyers. Hopefully, they can improve communication and honor their agreements. I would never consider Fairview property in future.

PLEASE, PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE BUYING. Fairview is a big deceit led by scammers. They will tell you everything you want to hear just to sell the property. Once you sign that devilish contract, they send James, who will sweep all your problems under the rug. Leaking balconies, insulation problems, no fire safety sign-offs, and issues with noisy pumps, they disregard NHBC warranty reports and play games each time you encounter a problem! Just read about existing developments and the issues they had/having. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I’ve lived in this complex for over six months. While the apartment is beautiful and compact, there are a few issues I’ve encountered that I believe prospective buyers or tenants should be aware of before committing. During the summer, the apartment gets extremely hot and humid. Despite opening the windows, there is hardly any ventilation, making it very uncomfortable. I assumed the apartment’s heat retention in summer would be beneficial during winter, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. The heating system is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Despite paying for gas, it’s ineffective. I’ve had to purchase electric heaters, which is frustrating and adds to my expenses. During winter, there’s a significant draft from the windows, which makes the rooms freezing. This has affected my health to the point where I frequently wake up feeling unwell. The walls are really thin so be prepared to hear everything going on upstairs /downstairs and in the corridors. There’s really no privacy. I would not recommend this place for a family there’s no storage in the property :)
