In addition to his assistance we also had the benefit of Davis Tate Reading office selling her house. Davis Tate were really professional but with a personal care unusual in the property business.

Ah, thanks very much for such a great review. Really appreciated. It made a change to meet owners not taken in by agents pouring honey in the ear regarding pricing and wanted to hear the truth. Thanks again and good luck in your new country. Best wishes Lee

Thank you Alex. I will explain to anyone reading this why your review was especially pleasing to receive. Alex sold his property with an online firm. Let's call them Pink Cement. My vendor was buying Alex's property and I asked my vendor to put us in touch directly. I was then able to help Alex with a whole load of issues that cropped up on his sale plus kept him updated on the rest of the chain. Bearing in mind he wasnt actually my client and got all this help for free. Sadly he received absolutely zero and I mean zero, assistance from his own agent whom was getting paid! So to receive a review from someone who isnt a direct client is very pleasing. In case you are wondering why we helped so much...simply because it helped our vendor and buyer move forward. Just a case of going that extra mile for clients.

Thanks for the review. Having eventually worked out who you are, I contacted you to ask what I had done wrong to receive a one star review. You replied to explain I had laughed at an offer you made. From memory the house in question was getting a great response, was marked up that we were not taking offers and was in fantastic condition, all which would have been explained before making a viewing. Despite this you offered £50,000 less than the asking price. I don't recall laughing, apologies if I did. The house sold/completed at the full asking price.
